Petco, West Palm Beach FL

One of the workers in the fish area was very strange and would not sell me two gold fish. He gave off a vibe like he thought these fish were his or something. Never in my life have I gone into a Petco or petsmart and couldn’t not buy a fish. Will never go back to this weird place again. Every worker seemed very unprofessional and childish.

Was looking at fish for a good 10-15 min when an employee came by didnt say a word to me and started cleaning the tanks. After 5 min i asked for help. He kept cleaning the tank and another employee walked by didnt acknowledge me and started having a conversation with the other one still cleaning the tank. I waited 2 min and walked out since they were too busy to help me.

A very nice and clean orderly Petco, I was looking for a prescription dog food but unfortunately they don’t carry it here and I had to go to my vet to pick it up

This kid Logan was so rude no help at all won't sell me a fish walking away when while I was talking to him

Mickey was amazing and was very helpful she answered all our questions and I would give her 10 stars if I could I definitely recommend getting her help!

The low cost vet service there was so great to see. Dr. Katie Atwood was so kind to answer questions and offer recommendations. Wish her practice was closer!

The worst experience of my life. Never had I been treated worse by staff who pretend to know what they are talking about. Horrible customer service and refused to sell me a fish. Never bringing any business back to this place. Horrible!

Love this place. Everyone is always helpful and polite and pets a well taken care of and prices are affordable

They packaged an Instacart delivery in regular plastic bags… but pick-ups are put in insulated bags? I don’t understand that. But I know that with the heat we are experiencing, that’s not the best way to package something that may be in a car for multiple stops. My dog had vomiting a diarrhea and I just spend over 100+ at my vet. Thanks, Petco.

Everytime I walk inside, the employees have merchandise all over the place that they are trying to put out. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable but the store always seems a mess bc of the merchandise being/attempting to be displayed and it makes it hard to shop down certain isles sometimes.

They seem to always have a good stock of items and supplies. Never too busy to find an associate to help you. Check out is fast and friendly.

Petco sales low quality food that my cat will not even touch. When I came to ask to exchange or refund 32 days after the purchase and they will not accept it. And it was only around $6. I will better shop at Pet Smart.

Fish quality is terrible! Always has some kind of illness and always dies within days of owning the fish!

The cashier named Mickey was extremely rude unprofessional and downright nasty and she got this other customer behind me yelling at me because I wasn’t checking out fast enough, since I had a question for the cashier she was annoyed when I asked her to see the manager and she pretended to be a manager when she was only an assistant manager.
I will never go into the store again I was just in the area this is not my local Petco I found that it was an unsafe sketchy place to be in Palm Beach

I got a fish from here die next day they do not care for their animals or take care of them you guys are a scam do not ever come here poor customer service

Prices are high and inventory is low. Owned by British private equity firm and Canadian pension board. Greed kills everything.
