Had the product that I needed in stocks. Prices are comparable to other pet suppliers in my area.

This is your typical box store for pets. They have a really nice selection of things for dogs cats and small animals. My issue is that the staff although friendly, is there to sell you things. They have pretty high prices given the quality that they are selling. I prefer to visit the mom and pop places as I feel like you get better service there.

Wide variety of food and necessities for all kinds of pets. Too easy to spend a whole paycheck on pet food

The young lady education on fish and telling us how to set up tank was amazing
And knowledge of Axolotl was amazing

This is honestly our favorite big box store. The staff is knowledgeable and also willing to admit when they're unsure - which I have huge respect for. They're always super helpful and recognize us when we come in, now

Pretty good selection of items. I bought food and treats for our dogs. While there, we saw ferrets and held one. Friendly staff and helpful.

The store has the worst customer service! I’ve come up here numerous times trying to get fish and I stay in there and wait and wait and wait and nobody ever comes over. They look at you and then turn around and walk the other way. I’m here trying to buy a bunch of fish for an outdoor pond and they would rather sit there and chitchat with each other.

VETCO is horrible. The vet was very good and knowledgeable, but they took our pups to another room for shots, and we believe techs gave them the shots. We requested them give the pups Benedrill prior to shots, as the pups were under 2 lbs, but they ignored the request. We were up all night as the 2 small pups cried and whimpered all night. Oh, and a shocker $58 to trim 3 under 12 week pups.

Great place. I'm usually an Amazon or Petsmart shopper. I stopped here because I was close to it. There were a lot of dog foods and treats on sale. They had everything I needed.

Personnel were friendly and a great help. Answered my questions about my snails without acting like I was bothering them.

Just had fantastic sale of 50 percent off all their aquariums. Can order ahead and in an hour go pick up your items. Great store.

I just want to compliment the person who works here and takes care of the fish section, whoever they are. This store's aquatics section is awesome. The betta fish in the cups are extremely lively and obviously are looked after well, despite not being in optimum conditions in the cup they're very healthy. The tanks are clean too. Most chain pet stores let the aquatics section suffer, but this store does not. They even point out on the tanks of the goldfish that they grow large, something a lot of people don't know. I appreciate that a lot. Just letting them know it doesn't go unnoticed!

Friendly staff, variety of services. All popular products. My baby is five and I've been using this company since he was three months old. He is my precious and I don't trust him with just anyone. I use Banfield hospital and have put him up in the hotel when I went out of town. I can always find his toys treats and supplies here.

Love that u can bring your fur babies in! Find pretty much ANYTHING here and they groom well for much less.
