Petco, Homestead FL

I saw these guinea pigs at petco which I find really cute and interesting pets. They got a variety of awesome animals here. The place is completely clean and nice. You’ll also get good food for your pets.

Very knowledgeable employee, Miskael, was able to assist me with selecting everything I needed for an entire fresh water fish tank, including plants. Was courteous and knew the products well.

I took my 22 pound dog Cujo for grooming, appointment was at one pm I was told to come back in 3hrs back at four pm they had only clean him no haircut why? Another lady took at eleven her dog and nothing the stands were empty like something had happened I want an answer she said they had to many dogs not happy the worst waist of a day I deserve some compensation.

First-class service, all very professional employees, with a wide variety of products for animals with a first-class service in dog washing and haircuts. Quite a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it.

Saw a cat Daisy that needs to be adopted. She's perfect. I'd take her but my wife's allergic. But Daisy's a sweet heart.

The person who checked me out was very helpful & went out of her way to find out about a discount.

Upmost disrespectful employees that work in the dog grooming department, especially the tall skinny man with black hair Anthony, was rude and condescending, saying my dog looks like a bighter and refused to groom my dog. My dog is a 10 pound Yorkiepoo with about 3 teeth in her head by the way so she could only gum him not bight him and if you're worried about a tiny 10 pound dog bighting you you should ve working in the dog grooming department or a pet store to begin with.

I always bring my dog in for his grooming! Everyone is super kind, I got my
youngest piggy from here and I had her for about 5 years! It's bittersweet coming into this location but I love their selections, it's always sparkly clean! My dog absolutely loves coming by!

It took them 5 hours to bathe and cut our small dog under 15 lbs. They also added services without prior approval, “charges for scissor cuts”? Among others. A bath and cut that should have been $57 plus tax became $101 for extra charges without approval. Also, when we picked up our pet, she was super stressed because of the long hours that she also didn't eat or drink water, a total disaster. I don't recommend this place.

Terrible customer service, they can watch you for hours looking for something and they never approach you to offer help

The grooming dept needs help and they never answer phone and don't call you back.had to go to another location. Please get them a cordless phone or something

Worst place for glooming had an appointment this morning txted yesterday to confirm! Was txted 45 minutes before and told they where waiting for my dog got there 15 minutes before appointment was told there was no groomer and that I could schedule for tomorrow or later
