Bonnie is the very best Groomer here! I have a very small yorkie. He usually screams and cries because he's so afraid of hair trims! With her, she settles him. Even as she grooms him! He never cried! I will never use anyonevelse! Thank you Bonnie!

So I just got a Boston Terrier 9 wk old puppy, haven’t had a puppy in over 20 years. When at the store needed help finding the right training treats, collars, and toys. The staff was extremely helpful in finding these items. The day I was there, the vet was there too, so had asked her a few questions about his next round of shots and when to get them and she was able to give me the low down on how and when to take care of that. Was also able to make him personalized dog tags, found a cool buccaneers tag and was able to get his name and my number engraved and the right collar to fit his little neck. Joined there member club so everytime I shop I’m able to build up on points. Had a great experience there and recommend to everyone!

We have a new Pekingese puppy. We wanted toys, good, treats for Leia. Our house now looks like a toddler lives here with all her new toys. We spent more money than we planned but Leia is thrilled. We will be back.

Wish I could give it no star the grooming department was so rude saying my dog was matted and they said they have been trying to call me to reschedule but not one call and my dog was just brushed so obviously it was just a excuse to Not see her because they where overwhelmed the place was so nasty from the beginning it’s dirty no lights where working

I was very impressed with their fish department. Fish selection was so so but I was not there for that. Their selection of tanks was huuuge. They had tons of the kind of fish keeping hobbyists stuff we would want to buy. I took some photos and will be posting them.

I was concerned about driving here because it is quite far for me. Closer to me Petco in Brandon, FL never has 75 gallon aquariums in stock so I took a giant leap of faith and first time in 16 years decided to visit this one. To my luck they had a spare one to sell. I ordered one online and another one I got when I was at the store.

So to get you an idea.where I live I have 3 petsmarts with iffy fishkeeping selections and 2 petsupermarkets with so so on the iffy side selections. It was very surprising what a pet store ought to look like in terms of things I would need.

They had tools and filter media and different gawidgets and thingamagigs. They had the lot. Looks like I will be adding this store on my very short list of "worth visiting" stores.

I go here often. I get dog food for my Yorkies and puppy pads too. And the staff is very nice and respectful and helpful. Thank you Petco.

Great place to go if you like sliw sw4vucw ans to vw ignored. Four employees, including Ben who could careless while they chit.chat!

Never have what you need for fish. If you place an online pick up instore, you won't get the item but will be charged. Horrible customer service.

My pup got an excellent haircut. He wasn't scared or anxious when I picked him up. They took the time to make him feel comfortable before I left.

The fish tanks had stuff on the glass. Need to wipe them down, and the floor had stock scattered on it and the whole aquatics dept.was in disarray. Also, most fish seemed unhealthy. Disappointed.

Purchased 3 fish, one died 7 days later. Per policy we returned the fish to be hassled that we didn't bring water from the tank and they wouldn't let us get another fish until we proved our tank water was good. The other 2 dish are doing great! Manager didn't come talk to us only used walkie with cashier and had her ask question. Guess we were important enough to come speak to us in person. Especially since my son is DEAF and it would have been nice for the one on one.there is nothing on the website about bringing in the water. Our son doesn't drive and lives over 30 minutes away so that would have cost us extra in gas and time to do it. There is nothing on the website about bringing the water nor do they give you anything to put it in when you purchase the fish. When we bought the fish the associate dropped one fish on the floor and put back into the tank. So who knows if that fish had been trama or been injured. Only plus side is they did give him back a full refund.

It's a pet store. I like Petco. They do groom pets at this location; however, I have not used that service. Parking can get hectic at times due to location.

Not enough help in the store. Had the brand of food we needed, nothing outstanding or different than any other pet supply store.
