We had an appointment for our Great Dane puppy. They called us when they were finished and we immediately went to pick him up (we live less than 5 minute away). Upon entering, there was no one at the desk and we waited 20 minutes while being ignored by employees. We caught an employee’s attention finally and he told us that the computer showed that our dog had already been picked up and couldn’t confirm whether our puppy was still in the back room. We tried to patiently wait and the employee still wouldn’t bring our dog out and started frantically worrying that our dog wasn’t there anymore (running back and forth asking what our dog looked like, even asking is his name was MiLo.which it is not). FINALLY they brought out our clean dog (the service seems efficient) but it was not worth the scare and uncertainties by the unprofessional employee.

The first time I visited this Petco grooming location the employee was super rude and condescending. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. It was the woman working at 4pm on June 19th. Absolutely horrible. I rescheduled the appointment to try to get taken care of by someone else and decided to just not go back.

I swore to never go back to this location again but this month I decided to give it another chance since I needed a last minute service. Stephanie at the check-in desk was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond for my two puppies. Angie, the stylist, left them looking adorable.

If I come back I’m going to make sure it’s a day that Stephanie is working. Please praise her for her excellent customer service skills.

The groomer was very nice, professional and highly skilled in his craft. Phoebe has never looked better. Will most definitely return next time she needs grooming. 100% recommend Jesus the shih tzu expert.

I took my dog for grooming, I even show a picture of himself to the person (on the receipt says Alyssa) who worked on him, and she did complete opposite of what we told her to do. Not sure why. She SHAVE my dog's hair.she left the ear hair uneven, the eye area not cut well. It is the WORST service that I ever received there and other places

We called in the morning to see if there was any availability and were told there was a cancellation that we could be there at 12 pm for a bath and furmination. We dropped off 1 dog at noon and were told to pick up at 4: 30. When we arrived the dog was not ready and were told possibly another hour. We arrived 30 minuted late to our 2nd appointment and were rudely told that now we had backed her up 30 minutes. When they called us to pick up dog 1 it was 7: 30.and dog 2 had not even been touched yet. Once again the girl was very rude and when we went to pay for dog 1 the price had changed from what was initially told and online. We ended up taking the the 2nd dog without service after the treatment from the lady in the grooming station. I was more upset when we arrived and they hadn't started on the 2nd dog since she had given me attitude for arriving late. If i was the reason she was going to be 30 minuted behind explain to me why 2 1/2 hours later she hadn't started on my dog. Also, when i asked why it took so long for dog 1 i was told well the cancellation we had was at 10 and you arrived at 12 so we worked on your dog as we could. When i called they could have just told me too busy not today. Instead she gives me attitude when i question her timing stating the cancellation was at 10 and i was fit in. I called at 11: 30 am so i was not fit in for that cancellation. Overall experience was terrible and i will never go back nor recommend to anyone.

Bath price online not the same as in store. I was charged $49.00 instead of $44.00 as advertised online. Poor customer service at counter. I was charged an extra $10.00 for brushing and $7 for conditioner to accommodate and not cut my dogs hair too short, instead was overcharged and my dogs hair was cut short. I was a charged $66.00. A bit much for a Maltese, small dog's hair. Thank you
