I took my Camry here for a repair. Mike did a great job of taken care of me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. My car looks great thanks to the crew here!

Let me start by saying I have loved my experience in buying two trucks from Peter Boulware as well as servicing my vehicles with them for the last 8 years. However, I was unfortunate enough to have someone hit my truck in a parking lot and leave. I was more unfortunate in trusting Peter Boulware Collision Center with my vehicle. They have had my truck for almost a month. The only updates received are when I call, and no one really seems to know what is going on. It seems more of a race to get me off the phone or divert blame to another entity (my insurance company for instance). No accountability, no apology, and certainly NOT making me feel like an MVP. No one seems to empathize at all on this staff, I mean who CAN'T go a month without their vehicle, right? I can only hope I get my truck back before Christmas. Steer away from this location unless you want your vehicle held hostage. Very disappointed.

Collision Manager, Mike Desherlia, should NOT be working in any position dealing with customers! He not only accused me of insurance fraud but threw my keys on the counter after I informed him of his poor customer service. This collision shop had my car for 2 MONTHS and the repairs are still not completed! He refused to release my car and accused me of taking a check for over $4700 from Geico. My claims adjuster later informed me that they did in fact receive the check and it was cashed! I refuse to return or send any other customers to Toyota for repairs.

Worst dealership ever. Very rude people! I will never go there again!
