My husband and I recently had our 3 bikes insured through Peter at State Farm. The process was quick, easy and seamless. Peter, and Veron took great care of us. They told us what was needed and helped us navigate the paperwork. Maria, who is at the front desk, was extremely helpful to us. Special shout to her! She was not only helpful and professional, but friendly and reassuring that all of my emails and texts with our bike info would be taken care of and given to Peter and Veron. I have been recommending this agency to all of my fellow cycling and triathlete friends. Fair pricing and quality service from the front with Maria to the agents Peter and Veron! People often spend time to complain about a place when it comes to online reviews but I am taking the time to let readers know that this office and its agents are wonderful and informative - I have had the pleasure of meeting with Veron and he was most helpful in explaining the insurance terminology that often leaves me bewildered - in follow up calls I have had contact with Jessica who took initiative to explain further discounts available to me and helped me gather the necessary documentation. - Correspondence is answered in a timely manner and phone calls are returned. While I hope I never have to file a claim, I am confident my needs will be addressed BTW a friend referred me to this office and that's usually the best recommendation.

Peter's office is professional and well run organization in world going to automated calls centers which lack personalized service.
