I was extremely grateful to find their O-ring selection was superb and I found what I needed. Sometimes a $2 part is all that stands in the way of a good or bad day, and they helped it turn into a good day!

Before I when to the big box hardware store. I stop by Peter's hardware store. I was greeted by three of your employers name RJ. Todd and Ted.

Went in here to buy a cr2032 battery. I asked a gentleman if they had all the batteries in the same place? He replied with oh your looking for the button batteries, Teresa is “protecting” them behind the counter, and gave me a look as if i was going to steal them. Already off to a bad start. Teresa gave me the battery, first off they are charging 6$ for one battery, walmart had them for 2$. I knew i should have went to walmart but peters hardware is closer and i like to support small business. Went home and realized the remote i needed the battery for actually needed a CR2025 battery. I had already opened the other package but figured i could return it still cause usually thats how things work and walmart would have taken the return. I drove back and Teresa would not let me return the battery i had just purchased from her 10 minutes before. She just said i can sell you another one if you want but i cant exchange them. Really ridiculous. No Teresa i don’t want to purchase another 6$ battery. I should have just went to walmart. I will not be buying anything from Peter’s hardware again. I will just be going to walmart where everything is 200% cheaper for the same items, and where they are not trying to rob you! Thanks Teresa and Peter’s hardware for the horrible experience! I won’t be back and neither will my family. (Owner says service is priority number 1, what a joke)

Usually don't write reviews but. I had to today. I'm new to Jensen Beach and wanted to find a hardware store closer to home than the big box stores. Just needed a couple keys made. All the staff couldn't have been nicer. Was greeted immediately and had a friendly, funny experience. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I will be back!
