I had another tool that she flat out told me not to have her repair because it would cost $20 less than a new one on amazon! I appreciate that so much that she was honest! And she was right. I'd rather have a brand new one. It was 5 years old anyway.

I have called this company for over 2 weeks and got a voicmail. I left 4 messages and have yet had a single returned call. I cant believe for one second that his reviews are real when i cant even get a return call. If you are closed and have an issue with covid or whatever.why wouldnt you protecf your business by checking your phone messages or leave it on your answering machine. Covid does not transfer via phone or answering machine. The reason you gave for not returning a single call is no reason at all.

I normally would not recommend a place, But in this instance I am totally compelled. Had a breaker hammer go on the fritz, after several frustrating calls to other shops found Peters. After 60 seconds on the phone was sure this would be the place. Wife and I drove there she asked a few questions about what happened to it, I answered and fifteen minutes later i was out the door with a working tool. So (A) repaired tool (B) great price (C) owner is a fantastic human being!
