Pete's Anytime Shrimp, St. Augustine FL

Best place to get fresh shrimp! So excited to have this wonderful place in my home state of Florida. Definitely check it out if you want the best shrimp. Pete is awesome and provided us with high quality shrimp!

Pete always has beautiful shrimp. Excellent size and great prices. If you want someone who is going to give you great fresh shrimp or crabs this is the place to go. Don't let the picture fool you these are good sized shrimp and so good. This was a steam pot of old bay shrimp we made with Pete's shrimp. So good.

The owner is super friendly and his prices are the best around. Freshly caught crabs and swrimp. Conveniently located, it's easy to find this place. I shop here often and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh seafood for great prices.

Has the best fresh shrimp in town and other stuff also has his own datil pepper sauce that he sells.

So we were in st Augustine for the day and we needed to get shrimp for our dinner with family. I went online and found petes, it was super close so we drove over.there were several people ahead of us ordering huge amounts of blue claw crabs, like 5 dozen +.
So I decided to grab two dozen at a really great price mind you, they were very lively and all were alive.we put them in the trunk and priceeded to drive home. I started getting this really heavy bad fish smell, figured it was just seafood and continued home.
Still smelling it I quickly got the pot ready with old bay and cooked them up.the finished crabs had such a deep pungent sewage smell that I appologized to my guests and told them we will not be having crabs tonight.and I quickly tossed them into the garbage. I can still smell the remnants of a disappointing seafood day!

Excellent fresh large shrimp for very reasonable price! Friendly service. Highly recommended.
