Pete's Towing, Holiday FL

My battery died over the weekend, thankfully at my house. I called AAA and Pete's Towing was over at my house in 30 minutes. Kevin was great, had my battery replaced in minutes. Would use them again!

Jeff, called to let me know he would be arriving in 30 minutes - and that was within 10-15 mins of my initial call to AAA Roadside Asst.
I am impressed with the timely call and his friendly demeanor. Jeff was ahead of his scheduled time and extreemly polite and professional. He got my car loaded onto the flatbed of truck and he was off! THANK YOU so much to Jeff and Pete's Towing! You made my early Saturday morning much easier!

Tow Truck driver Jeff was excellent and very knowledgeable when came to tow my car from the side of the road on a very busy HWY. I felt very safe once he got there. Jeff knew what he was doing, and it showed. Thanks Pete's towing for sending Jeff with the flat bed. Too bad there isn't more tow truck drivers like him!

I used Pete's Towing to pick up two vehicles. One was an 2011 Cad, Utility and the other was a 2005 Chrysler, Sebring.
Two weeks later communication with State Farm Insurance in Hudson, FL.and Agero Towing company, sponsored by this insurance company made arrangements that I requested of them to remove both auto's from Pete's Auto repair.

Why you may ask?

(Work was not done, poorly done, and complications later on the Chrysler caused 3 lug nuts to blow off hub.
Work on both vehicles was improperly done and of a cost of 2,500.00 on Chrysler and sabotage on the Cadillac Utility' engine for water intake of a rain puddle!
Work was unacceptable!)

I have never had such unacceptable behavior!

Lies that were told by Pete's Auto in order to avoid the pick up of both vehicles by another towing company-owned by State Farm located in Hudson Florida was a nightmare! Anyone, wanting to verify this story are welcomed to call, State Farm Ins.in Hudson, FL. They have agreed to explain to anyone of this truth.

Also, Anyone using Pete's towing or Pete's Auto repair note this: their prices do not meet their work done!
Please ask your Insurance company's not to use them. Use Agero towing instead. Agero can also verify this story!

Pete’s towing was dispatched to tow my son’s truck to the repair shop. Jeffrey was the operator/driver and was fast, efficient, communicative, and extremely professional. I would use Pete’s Towing services again in a heartbeat. Wish every service company was this efficient and pleasant.

Arrived about 35 minutes after I called.short wait.had a tire low on air.checked all my tires. He was very pleasant.finished in 15 minutes.very satisfied with all phases

I'm currently deployed with the Army. And of course as things go. My wife's car breaks down while I'm gone. One of your drivers came out and was amazingly nice. He even showed my son how thes truck works. Since he's four, he thought it was the coolest thing in the world. Thank you for training amazing drivers and taking care of her vehicle as well as putting a smile on his face!

Tim is hands down the best tow truck driver I’ve ever come across. He got my car onto the truck bed without a scratch! His level of professionalism & knowledge for towing should merit a raise. Thanks Tim

Involved in a MVA on US 19 South. Called AAA they dispatched Pete’ towing. The operator, Lawrence arrived in timely fashion. He knows his tradecraft. I requested a flatbed, due to damage. Perfect tow made sure no further damage done to car. He was courteous and professional during the operation. Thank you, Ken

Just a simple Tow from my home to the dealership for warranty service, and I was completely blown away by how professional and polite both the driver and the dispatcher was. 5 Star customer service!

Had them tow my car 2 times both were done promptly and with very courteous gentlemen. They made a bad situation great just by doing their work with efficiency, professionalism and being a pleasure to having them assist me. Put their number in my speed dial. Highly recommend them.

Took a long time but it was roadside assistance so it was free. They towed my care safely and securely and with no damage done. To me that is very important.

Bob came from Pete's towing in lake park Florida to Boynton Beach via AAA to check out a battery for us.yes we needed a new one and he was very nice and knew his stuff and he actually has a van with just batteries and under the hood stuff! Bob also came a couple of months ago to check out our other cars battery.the first time is why we just directly called Pete's towing.

The best automotive repair shop around. Nick is our favorite mechanic, he is very knowledgeable and friendly he goes above and beyond! My boyfriend and I have sent several friends and family there and everyone has always left happy

I had a rental vehicle from Hertz and got a flat tire. I called Hertz for roadside assistance and they dispatched Pete's Towing. A driver called me within 30 minutes and said that he would be at my location in about 30-40 minutes. 3 hours later no one had arrived yet. I texted the driver and provided my location again to be sure he had the correct address and got no response. I called the driver and it went directly to voicemail and no call back. I called Hertz again and they contacted the dispatcher who said that the driver was in route and would arrive within the hour. Another hour went by and still no one had come. A whole day wasted while I was stuck waiting for someone who never came. These people are the worst!

Waited 4 hrs no call or txt as I approach the truck at 2 something in the morning he takes off. I waited another 3 hrs and then fixed it myself. I hate giving bad reviews but I try harder at getting in touch with a customer when I'm delivering them food.

I highly recommend Pete's! Ray is the absolute best! He knows what he's doing and he cares! The management are quick and kind. I have had my car worked on there for 3years and wouldn't go to anyone else!
