A place where they sell you sick dogs. According to them, they guarantee the health of the dogs, but once they are delivered to you, they make you call Pet Solution, an agency dedicated to dealing with all these cases. You call and have to wait another day for them to answer. They do not want to take care of the costs for the sick animal that they gave me that is supposed to have a guarantee, and from the next day they were notified that the dog is sick. They contacted me to fill out some missing documents and asked how everything went. There were many irregularities with the supervisor and for this reason he was fired. It's been a little over a month since the dog was purchased and they still haven't paid me the money spent that they were supposed to respond to, they were supposed to pay all the veterinary expenses and only pay a part of it now. That remains to be seen since I have not received anything so far. I don't recommend them at all. I have evidence of everything and the same vet blames Petland for why my dog ​​is still sick.

Don’t buy puppies here. They buy from puppy mills and sell sick puppies. If your puppy is sick they trade them, they have no care or concern about any sick puppies!

Super clean but they sell puppies from breeders. There are too many dogs in shelters to support this practice.

I stopped in yesterday to see a Frenchie puppy Oreo who was available. My heart melted. He had to be part of my family! Samual and Eric did their best to ensure I stayed within my budget and worked with corporate to make sure he came home with me. Prices are a premium, but the care and attention that goes into these babies is why you pay the premium. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Oreo, now Finnegan, has adapted overnight and is super relaxed. They did an excellent job socializing this puppy with individuals and other animals. Which from having multiple dogs over the years can be a huge undertaking. Thank You Petland and Samual and Eric for brining Finnegan home!

We had a great time, and adopted our new best friend. Samuel helped us a lot and helped us with the pricing. He was very kind and considerate. Would definitely recommend this location.

I bought a puppy here and took it to the vet within 3 days as required and my puppy was diagnosed with fleas, hookworms and tapeworms. I called the store to let them know as I was obviously concerned about their other puppies. They didn’t seem to care at all and were only interested in whether I would be making a claim against them to get my vet bills reimbursed. I was just trying to notify them to get the other puppies treated. They clearly don’t seem to care about their puppies and were focused only on the money.

They are always so friendly here. The entire staff make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Sam and Eric are awesome as well as everyone one else. They are clean and very attentive to the pets and your needs!

The Naples Petland is my happy place. I have been waiting for to find my fur baby for a long time and finally found my long hair German Sheppard pup. She is beautiful, healthy and so calm. Samuel and Eric did a fantastic job of explaining the adoption process and making sure my new fur baby has everything she needs for a happy life with setting up vet appointments and detailing her nutritional needs. They have High standards for the health of their pup’s. I’m also looking forward to the training offered at Petland. Thank you to the staff that takes such good care of theses pup’s to ensure they are healthy and happy.

We walked into the Naples Petland and walked out with a new puppy! The store was clean and the staff was so attentive and knowledgeable. Adopting our puppy was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Eric greeted me when I walked in and assisted me with what type of dog I should have within my home. He definitely gave me all the time I needed to bond with the puppies. I definitely would recommend getting your next puppy from petland with Eric!
