Petro Carwash Best Deal In Town, Cape Coral FL

This place used to be decent but has really gone downhill. The last two times I have gone, they basically let it dry on its own before even touching it, therefore leaving dried soap that didn’t rinse off and water spots all over my vehicle. Inside of windows could have been cleaned better by a toddler! You can’t ask them to correct anything unless you speak spanish!

Today was my first, and definitely not my last, visit to Petro Carwash. The prices are definitely reasonable for the service you receive, and the workers are very friendly and helpful.

Great service, and my car looked amazing inside and out. The platinum package is economically priced for a complete inside & outside cleaning. The crew had it done quickly, and I was impressed by how the finished product looked.

4th time using them. 1 st time was awesome. I asked for the platinum with hand wax. I don’t believe it was ever waxed and the interior has missed areas, others were still wet from the spray and still had grime on my windows. Sign of the rules people not taking pride in what they do.

I paid $50, and the car was still dirty when I left. This is a bad carwash. They basically run it through a machine and then a guy sort of wipes a few spots down afterwards and might vacuum the interior.

For this kind of money, I'm hiring a mobile detailer to come to my house and hand wash all 4 of my cars. I'll never have to come and wait in line or sit outside while they do a terrible job and charge extra for it.

I've included a picture of one of the wheels after the car was washed. I guess they use brake dust and dirt to "clean" wheels?

I didn't like the service, they were kind but the don't do a good job, I ask them to vacuum again because it was dirty and also is not a detail cleaning, the only clean out (but not detail) is just a clean, I guess is the same when you pay 20$ and when you pay 50$, so I don't recommend this place if you want something deep, if you want a simple wash probably a good place.
They are kind, but I didn't like the work very much, maybe it's fine for something simple, but not for something more detailed, the same for $20 or $50 I think, I asked them to help me vacuum it again and they did it with taste, but in theory they should have done it without being asked because it was part of the service. But hey, it's my opinion.
In your brochure it says that they vacuum the seats and the back was intact as they did nothing, and the trunk was not even opened, they did not clean anything inside.
The 2 stars is because they were kind.

Decided to come here about 10 times before leaving a review, but honestly I love this place. We bring our Jeep Wrangler here regularly as well as our Lexus and each time we've gotten fast, thorough service. All employees are kind and hard working. And I really love lounging in their waiting area watching them clean my car. Definitely recommend you giving it a go. The prices are good too. Only complaint is I wish they had an option to pay a monthly fee for unlimited washes. I understand why they don't though and I'm happy with the level of service you get for how much you pay.

I wouldn't bring your vehicle there you'd be sorry in the long run, communication is very difficult and attention to detail is lacking

This is my favorite carwash in Cape Coral. They are very trustworthy and you get a good value for the money. The guys always work hard on getting your vehicle cleaned up!

I was very disappointed with how my last visit was there. I had been going there for years knew a lot of the staff that worked there and got to know some of them personally. Last time I went in there I got two energy drinks which came out to be $4 and change. I later went home right after that went to the gym I had a feeling something was off and went to check my bank account. Come to find out I got charged additional $40 and was shown that it was taken out. And the guy before me paid in cash and I was told that my stuff got accidentally put with his. Which made no sense. I had to confront them and show them what happened in order to get my money back and I never withdrew anything because right on the pin pad when you're doing your transaction shows no money back so I was not able to withdraw money but they took money from me. Never go there again or don't trust the people that work there. I'm very disappointed

Got a good car wash and the did a nice job on the inside too. Had to play tug of war with the vacuum guy, spoke neither English or Spanish.

I ordered the Gold package this morning after having read what a great deal they offer. Their website showed a Gold Package, which also included a Simoniz wax, for $15.99. When I got there I ordered the Gold package but noticed it didn’t include the wax. I was told that package is now $19.99 and has been at that price for about a month. They just need to update their website. Other than that, I was very happy with the job they did.

Terrible service. I paid 70 dollars for a complete wash and my car was worse than when it arrived. I don't recommend them, don't waste your money like what happened to me.
