Great vet office. Incredible staff who take care of pets with love and respect. Also Aura who works at the front desk is wonderful and takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns.

I asked for my day at work to be able to take my pet to his office, I drove 30 minutes to go to my shift and when I arrived they told me that they were confused and did not schedule the shift, that since it was Friday they were full and that they could not attend me anymore that it was not an emergency. Thanks for wasting my time

Receptionist Aurora is a gem. She sorted our emergency appointment for a travel health certificate and made sure she got all the correct information for our destination. Can highly recommend!

I've been taking my dog to Pets and Vets for the past 5 years. I have absolutely zero complaints about this place. I no longer live in Miami but I don't mind the drive, knowing by dog will receive the best care possible. Javier is an amazing doctor! Extremely knowledgeable, pacient and so kind with the animals. I've dealt with other doctors from different places, when I had my previous dog and none of them were able to make me feel as safe. Knowing your dog is in good hands gives you peace of mind, and this is priceless. My dog got spayed at Pets & Vets and she recently needed a tumor removed. I also take her there for other needs such as vaccines, heartworm tests etc.it has always been a smooth process. The front desk ladies are kind, and offer great customer service. Thank you guys for always taking such good care of Khali. She loves you guys and so do I.

Doctor Javiar is truly one of the kindest people I’ve met. He has poured his heart into every pet I’ve brought him and he always amazes me with the level of understanding he has for so many different topics. It is obvious he has dedicated his life to expanding his knowledge of his practice. He is truly raising the bar and setting a high standard. I am so grateful for the care he’s given my multiple pets and it’s worth the hour long drive. Attached is a picture of my dog getting acupuncture. Her sister, the poodle, tagged along to get her eyes looked at.

I can not fully express in words the gratitude I have for those who provided excellent medical care for my dog in the Biscayne location. Dr. Cardoso is an incredibly knowledgeable, diligent, sharp and caring veterinarian, the rest of the team that helped us as well. Thank you Daniela, thank you to the veterinary technician and thank you to the front desk staff! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I had my dog's puppy package done here, as well as, additional follow-up shots in 2020/2021. To this day, I have never recieved his vaccination records. The only form of proof they're willing to provide is the patient history chart which is nearly impossible to read/understand and every single professional I've shared this paperwork with has been extremely confused. The lack of proper paperwork documenting my dogs early vaccinations and care is still a barrier that I struggle with when moving to new places or traveling.

The doctors are great but the receptionists/vet techs are highly unprofessional and rude. I've had much better experiences at every vet's office I've encountered since ditching this place.

I write this SICK of this vet. They referred me to this vet because the one we go to was always closed for spare parts. The only thing we had to do is a certificate to be able to bring my puppies to another country. I've been doing a paper for 3 days that can be done in less than 1 day in any other vet, all because they made a mistake when doing it. The secretary, instead of helping us, seems to be doing it on purpose and always putting stones in our way. The truth is that I never write reviews but I am exhausted. I put 2 stars for the vets who treated us super well. But it cannot be that on top of that they have charged us $300 for doing 1 paper! Outraged
