Came here to buy a cat, had questions, but the manager would not talk to me. Very strange situation, so I left.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful! Love the cute little doggie cookies they have up front.

I was a little disappointed when I went because I was expecting what I normally see when I go to brand name pet store. The selection is pretty good when it comes to cats and dogs but can be a little sparse on other items. The staff is always very friendly so the minus star is only because of the limited amount of hamster items which was the purpose of my visit.

I have to say this with mixed felling. They really are quite excellent. Overall I think they do an amazing job. I think the storefront, is ran very well. And everyone is always very nice and helpful. In the grooming area, my dog has always been treated been treated well. And groomed very well. I have taken him in many times and had his nails done, perfectly every time. My problem is is I have a very furry dog, it’s very hard to dry him. I’m retired, and don’t have a regular income. (have paid @$115 for Defurmenatory) I can’t afford $60 to wash my dog. I asked them It was possible for me to wash my dog bring and him in. And charge me to dry my dog. I was told absolutely not. As other people are trying to reinvent themselves and stay afloat, the grooming (?) manager of Pet Sence doesn’t need my money. I’ve never once asked them to do anything that I wasn’t willing to pay for. We never even discussed money myself I was willing to pay for him to be dried. He’s put in an immersion dryer. I told them they didn’t even have to brush him out? I’m overall disappointed. But again I’ve never been disappointed in what they’ve done for my dog. Being fair I have to say that.

I could take my pup in with me while I was gathering supplies for a new cat. Got everything I needed. Thank you.

They would have got a 5 but this 'pet's store mainly serves only cats and dogs. Not much for fish or reptiles or birds and nothing for anything else. The lady working there said that they were working on getting more but don't yet. They were nice and customer friendly and the prices weren't too bad.

It is nice to have a good pet store close to home. Friendly and helpful staff and very clean and organized. I would recommend this place.

Got my bearded dragon here and they were verey nice about everything. They even explained how to take care of the little beardi.

Decent Pet Store for Dogs and Cats with a fair amount of inventory with varying prices.they do have some reptile supplies but its limited so if you need specific reptile products you might need to call and see if they carry before wasting a drive and their stock of super worms has been low due to shipping issues, call ahead and they can tell you if they have any.

I will say the staff was nice in the front. The one star is if you advertise pet adoption than that is what it should be not pet sales. The price they charge for the dogs is crazy. If you are looking to adopt a dog than go to defeinak springs animal shelter $55 to 100 spades and neutered with shots or to paws same prices and same things. It was a joke when there. I even asked about it and got told that is there price for this. I asked where they got the dogs and was told diffrent shelters. So they picked up for less and sell for more sounds like a business to me. Will not go back as I feel this is very dishonest.

Needed relaxation treats for our dog, who is afraid of Thunder Storms and fire works. Good selection of products. Got the heavenly hounds peanut butter treats. Works well. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great experience.

A+ for service, I have been getting my dogs nails cut and polished for over a year now and it's only $15. Well worth it and done with care.

We sometimes find ants in our cats food bowl, I've looked at ALL the pet stores and non pet stores AND tried ALL different kinds of ways of keeping bugs out of her food but Petsense had this bowl that is PERFECT for not letting ANY bugs in our baby girls food! And I found other goodies there as well! The scoop & sift is Amazing, love it!

The lady's there were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.they spent the time with us and answered all our questions.will keep going back.

Mixed feelings. We came in because of our predilection for cats. They just happened to he doing an adoption drive this day. It was for dogs, but we went inside. Inside, they had a few cats. We were enjoying the heck out of a DSH cat.

The cat is amazing and we are extremely happy.

My only concern is that the cat had an upper respiratory issue and had fleas. The respiratory issue and the fleas were being treated. After a few days of finding dead bugs and cleaning the poor guys nose, he was fine. The cat was neutered and was microchipped. The store reiterated that we could bring him back in 5 days if need be. As stated above, he found a forever home.

I hoped that they would have held onto him for a bit longer to confirm his symptoms were gone. I mean, we got a good deal on an amazing cat.

I think I will go pet his belly meow.

We've taken out dogs here when the normal groomer we go to is unavailable. Well, we've had 3 instances where they've waited until we got there with our dogs to ask for their shot records on a weekend. I realize we take some responsibility in providing them, but when you've been there a few times you don't think about the shot records needing to be updated. It should be standard for staff to remind customers about their pet's shot records. Our dog was turned away today due the shot record and it's a Sunday there is no way we could have contacted our vet. They continued to make excuse after excuse as to why they don't ask about shot records. There is no excuse it should be standard to ask to ensure your customers are prepared for their appointment. This is poor customer service and our dogs will never go back. I will never shop here again. Thank goodness there are locally owned businesses that make up for this store's incompetence.

A lot of dog and cat supplies and a little of other pet supplies. It's a little store serving a small city. Found what I needed and was happy. Thanks

I went there today 8 In the morning for my dog Appointment. When I got the there's no Appointment for my dog. This grooming people there not doing there jobs right. And this manager didn't even did nothing. This is the way to treat your Customer?

Super expensive but the staff is really nice. I wouldn't shop here regularly since I can get the same product for half the price with Amazon Prime. The selection isn't that vast either. Other than price, no complaints.

The staff is super nice but I cringe every time I take my pet in for grooming because it’s always a poor job. If I’m paying $63 each time expect the job to be done right. I specifically gave instructions on how I would like him cut and I get the complete opposite. I’m sorry but this is definitely the last time
I will be bringing my dog back here. $63 is way too much to NOT be satisfied.
