The employees are nice, and the store seems well organized and cleaned. They have a large variety of items for your pets.

So happy to find a store that carries everything I needed, the staff was helpful and very friendly, Torrance helped me a check out and in these times where we’ve all been couped up in our houses it is so nice to have friendly customer service!

Great experience. They were really gentle while vaccinating my dog and gave me really good advice on changing his diet. Sold me some grain free dry dog food instead of the puppy chow I'd been giving him. My dog is much happier and healthier now

Friendly staff, but they discontinued carrying my dog's food for no particular reason. The brand is available for other breeds, though.

Couldnt have asked for a better associate. Torrance was such a happy face when you walk in and so helpful. Need more workers like him.

I am always at petsmart to get stuffs for my furry friends. The place is always well kept and the staff is very helpful. Most likely to find what you need at a reasonable price.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Good selection. OK prices. Love the Santa pictures with your pet at holiday time.

I had a puppy grooming.worst experience my puppy had the same amount of fur as before i don’t see any difference in her fur and also everythimg they bath her she is getting dandruff.i don’t know where to complaint it but my experience is worst giving 1 star only because i have no option of giving 0 stars

She was a little nervous when she got her nails trimmed, but the groomer was great, and loved her through it. Thank you very much for your compassion.

I bought a cat litter online: Dr Elsey’s Cat Attract cat litter to train my cat to use the cat litter, as soon I arrived I got welcome and treated cordially, then I explained the purpose of my visit and got my product right away. I was in and out very quickly. Thank you!

I totally love this place the customer service is beyond excellent they always help me find things the good part is that they carry stuff to your car if it's a big bag of food no problem they have employees to help you if you have questions they always try to help me and if they can't get an answer they found somebody else who could help me

Friendly and helpful. They have a donation bin where you can help your local animal rescues by donating food, bowls, blankets, litter boxes, leashes, treats, etc - anything. All for a great cause!

The very BEST customer service experienced. I was confused and a bit anxious about products needed and experience to follow. The staff was helpful, informative, patient, friendly and I left feeling empowered. One of the products, "Pill Pockets" they recommended was a wonderful addition to my tool box. My cats will be grateful for them forever. This store cares about our pets and the sanity of the pet owners. THANK YOU

I have been taking my dogs to be groomed there for years. The people are very friendly the store is usually very clean and everything is well put in its place.

This is a wonderful PetsSmart. We have a rather large number of rescue cats that we have cared for since they were kittens. Now they are all seniors. We need large quantities of food, litter, cat beds and toys. The staff has been most helpful in alerting us to specials and have special ordered items we need. This store is always well stocked and clean. Plentiful parking.

Always friendly and nice. They take good care of my Siberian Husky when she is there for grooming.

It was pretty small compared to the other ones I've been to but they still had a lot of supplies. It's not the worse but I've seen better PetSmart. Wish they had more options on what to purchase there.
