The groomer at this Petsmart, who has groomed our dog several times in the past, changed their policy and won't groom dogs with a heart murmur. In telling us about their new policy, they scared the heck out of us saying that she has a severe heart murmur. After talking to our vet, no she does not. I'm done with Petsmart.

The worker lady was so rude! We were looking at buying a tortoise and she was so rude to our family, told us she needed to get to the cages when we were clearly looking at buying one. Then she did it again later when we were looking at the hamsters. I guess we aren’t aloud to look at animals before buying one.

The girl Danielle with tattoos is very snooty and needs to watch her little attitude with customers who are not from west chase.the way Danielle spoke to me as I was leaving was very condescending - watch your attitudes, entitlements and the way you treat people.she made me feel very uncomfortable.

The girl Jill with all kinds of TATTOOS on her arms needs an attitude check; she is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and SNAPPY. & to top that I think she's a manager. Stop giving people the STINK EYE lady.you don't like your job? Get a new one. NOT a pleasant store to visit.rethinking about going back. (ill update with her name soon.she knows who she is.)

UPDATE: I read multiple bad reviews and there seems to be an ONGOING trend here with this RUDE arm tattoo lady employee with all the tattoos.

And the overall store atmosphere is horrible.

I am going to ask for EACH AND EVERY one of your rude, snappy, trying to yell at customers, employee names and update them on this review.

PETSMART HOW DO YOU ALLOW THIS TATTOO LADY TO CONTINUE TO CREATE SUCH A BAD UN-FRIENDLY ENVIROMENT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I will make sure UPPER management looks into this RUDE tattoo lady and RUDE store environment they have created.

Just who do you guys think you are yelling at customers and being rude to them. And then this lady wants to give people the stink eye?

Ohh. Just wait until I get your name rude tattoo arms lady its going to be plastered on here forever.

Guys, please stop bringing your animals to Petsmart. The groomers are now trained and there is so many abuse cases. Some instances, dogs are actually dying under their care. Please do your research! Stop supporting Petsmart.

Don't go to the groomers here, my mom took her Persian cat here and is super uneven. Looks like my 3 year old did it. Waste of money and time.

Don't set up a grooming appointment at 5pm.they don't put the effort in and they rush to get off work and go home.got the bath and brush.my dog wasn't even brushed.gonna try a different location or find a local place.

My daughter’s husky looks absolutely amazing! Chelsi W did a phenomenal job with her grooming and bath. Skye just loved her and she usually has a whole lot less patience with the process. Super groomer with a finicky dog! We will be back!

They didn’t treat my dog right couldn’t even finish the groom process. They left him half shaved so my dog is no uneven. And they charge me for the bath which they didn’t even do. I do not recommend the groomers here. HORRIBLE job. And mind u my puppy is only 3 pounds. And now his hair is ruin

Petsmart had the cat food needed. However, online was $3.00 less than in store price. They gave me the online price as long as I could show them their own website. So the cashier told me to pull out my phone, enter their website and show the cashier Petsmart's own webpage. This just didn't make sense so I will not purchase anything from them again.

The Citrus Park Petsmart is the only Petsmart in my local area that grooms cats. A 26-mile round trip for me and my long haired cat. The groomer did a lovely job and tipped generously. However, upon returning home, her paws were never trimmed although it is part of the package. When I called to inquire, I was told that the paws are not included and that the groomer inquired with the supervisor who alerted her it was an uncharge. Not true as it is clearly stated in the package on the website and I intentionally told them to clip the long hairs out of the paws and it was acknowledged upon checking in my cat. To arrive home and find her paws in the same manner really was upsetting. I called again the following day to speak to Maria, the groomer, who provided the services. She informed me that although it is part of the package, you have to request it. And, I did so but the other employees took no notes, left no comment and basically "yes'd" me and did nothing to alert Maria of our needs. Maria offered to take care of it if I returned (another 26-mile road trip) or she would deduct an amount. I did not accept either offer and maybe I should have. I am very annoyed that while the website shows an item as being included, they don't do it. That is deception. And, they have my phone number and they text me when she was ready for pick up. If you see long hairs out of the paws, why not just call or text me? I was in the area shopping and waiting on my cat. My suggestion is to make sure that when you check in your pet, insist they write a note for the Groomer. Call in to check in on your pet to ensure they did what they are supposed to. And, check your pet before you leave the premises.

Terrible In-store Pickup Experience- I put in my in-store pickup order after 3pm. Then left to run my errands thinking I could stop by quickly on my way home and pick up my order. I stopped in with my kids after 5pm, more then 2 hours after placing my order. So after waiting for about 10 minutes in the online order pickup area and being ignored I finally asked the cashier about my order. She said it wasn’t ready. Ok no problem I will just walk back and get it myself. Then I wait in the checkout line and with the same cashier that told me I could get my order says I can’t process your order you have to wait for the manager. (I already paid for it online and had the email to show the cashier). Ok no problem, so now waiting again for then manager. About 10 minutes later the manager arrives at the front of the store but instead of helping me she proceeds to have a long conversation with a service person repairing a cash register that is not being used. Now having been in the store for over 30 minutes I was now graced with the store manager’s attention. I politely explain the situation and the manager looks at me and says, “Well I have other open online orders with yours so I have to go get them before I can process yours and you will just have to wait while I get the other orders. ” So again there I was waiting with my in-store pickup order I pickup myself for another 10 plus minutes. I was there for over 40 minutes for a in-store pickup order before the store manager processed my order and I was granted permission to leave with my prepaid order. I always try to understand and give the manager the benefit of the doubt but the way I was treated was completely inconsiderate and pretty rude. I have always tried to shop at the store to support the brick and mortar store but I will never be shopping at PETSMART again (online or brick and mortar).
