Floor associates are rude. They act like getting a few fish is just way to bothersome. Don't even ask for a gueina pig. Cashiers are friendly but slooww.

Went to 3 different locations looking for a item that all 3 locations say is in stock at the store online and guess what nope not in stock in any of the 3 stores i went to that says it is thank for wasting my time gas and money for nothing

What a store and seems to be pet friendly what a pleasant surprise. Clean and helpful employees. I have never had a bad experience.

I frequent this Petsmart and it’s normally great and so is the customer service. Tonight I had an older lady with glasses check me out and it was an incredibly unprofessional and embarrassing encounter. I can’t say I’ll be back to this location.

Everyone is very help and place is always clean and they are always stocked with my different pets needs and prices are lower then Petco on some stuff

You can always get what you need for your fur babies. Sometimes the price is a little higher but you get that with people that know their craft.

Got our two Great Pyrenees groomed. We know they are large so it will take some time. They said it would be about 3 hours due to their size. 6 and 1/2 hours later our dogs were done.

They did a good job. The dogs smell great and look good but 6 1/2 hours is unacceptable when we were told 3 hours. We live an hour away so we could simple go home and come back when they called with no idea how much longer it was going to take. Everyone else’s dogs came and went on time accept ours. Dropped off at 12: 30 and were the last dogs to leave at 7pm.

Never have I had an issue here and because of the types of pets I have, im here sometimes twice a week.

I bought a fancy ball python that they could tell me nothing about they lied to me about feeding it because the snake clearly will not eat frozen food and they had said he had ate that day which I know is malarkey because he won't touch frozen food at all and has not since I purchased him. They do not have knowledge about the animals they are selling or what they need to be healthy and thrive. I think if an employee of that pet store sells an animal of any variety whether they like it or not they need to be knowledgeable about all the animals included. When handling a snake or I should say the lack of handling snakes are what make them strike when they are attempted to be picked up and the hook he attempted to pick it up with is what scared the poor thing because after I picked it up out of the cage to put it in the box I didn't have to put him in the box because he never struck again.

Well stocked, very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, will return to this location for further purchases
