PetSmart, Fort Myers FL

They didnt have what I wanted (turtle) but they seem to have everything else. Bords? , snakes, lizards, fish, crickets? Etc. All kind of pet foods and grooming services.

I wish the rewards program was better because let's face it, my pets eat better than Info and get everything better than I do.

Took my small dog for grooming. When I arrived to pick my pet I notice that the groomer which was the manager had injured my pet with the electric shears. I brought her to her attention but she kept evading what I was explaining to her. I called the store manager and a report was written but nothing came out of this situation. Would not advise taking your pet here for grooming so you won’t have to go thru my bad experience.

Prices have gone way up but lots of varieties. Supply issues like everything so you look and search. In a bind so we had to go there. Average price of everything was 7.99. Seemed to be their favorite number.

They had just what I was looking for. The prices were comparable to chewy and other stores. I was able to pick up without waiting for shipping.

Went today with my new rescue, Sterling. He's is quickly becoming the love of my life.
He is an Italian Greyhound.
Was looking for a tether to connect him to a seat belt clip in the back seat. Of course they had this.only $15.and it works famously! I feel he travels with me more safely now! Thank you PetsMart!

Have gone to Pet Smart many of times from Ohio and it was great then moved to Florida. Today will be my last. I received a text about 20% off and free delivery. I placed an order and after getting hung up on twice from costumer service before speaking to a single person my third attempt finally got through to a person not setting their phone down.
They apologized for sending the incorrect item but I would have to go to the store to exchange it… I tipped the doordash driver to deliver the item so I wouldn’t have to drive to the store as advertised. I didn’t have time but needed a harness for my pup. They admitted they were at fault but they sent the closest to what I ordered… not the same harness or color! If you didn’t have it just refund it! Now I have yo drive back to the store and get a refund!
I should have just ordered through Amazon, please don’t text me deals again.

Worst place to get a service.my young puppy had an appointment with Olivia she thought I wasn't watching the service being done to my dog and when I was watching she was pinching my dogs hair on his muzzle when I walked in another groomer told her I was there and Olivias eyes almost popped out of her head, experienced another groomers yelling at small breed puppies to stop in their face and screaming they were bad dogs as soon as the owner shows up they show a different face. I stopped my dogs service as soon as I saw the abuse.trust the reviews do not come here!

The product I came in for was the last one on the shelf but the place looks a little bare compared to other petsmarts that I have been to. Little to no animals to view for potential adopting.

Most times even with all the Covid nonsense you can find what you need here. Maybe a bit more than Amazon and Walmart but a little less than your local place.

People are always very helpful and knowledgeable.

Nice perk is they have a salon and also a. Banfield Hospital on site which is very helpful.

Love the products but the online app should be more "user friendly". My boyfriend had payment issues twice now (card he wanted to use was registered to a PO Box & he had to change it to a physical address to pay) and I gotta hear him b+ about it.

Pet care here is horrible, the cages and tanks are disgusting. Please take better care of these animals. We were in the store on Thursday, went back on Sunday and nothing had been cleaned, please see the attached pictures.

Went in for food,
got the royal canin dog food gastrointestinal intestinal, keep in mind, my girl has been on this for the last year…. They asked me for a prescription card, our vet said we don’t need one nor did the dumb lady on the phone say anything about it.educate your workers before they can touch the phone.i’m not the one to argue but when it comes to my dog, that’s another thing.this place is absolutely awful…. The workers seem pretty ignorant too…. When they don’t train their sales floor workers, get a grip petsmart, i wonder why you sponsor the wrong groups…. Pft

Great selection and availability of products for our bunny! This is our preferred store. A separate entrance/exit for their pet services would be nice (to reduce the need to bring pets through the store). My wife has a fear of dogs.a handicap she doesn't want but lives with.

I was not impressed when i went to the one in Miami. They guy was rude at the counter, but the other employee was helpful. I recently went to petsmart in Ft.myers last week. Very nice and helpful. Thanx

The vet was great, but try getting help in this place? ! What a joke! I walked aimlesly TWICE, after either being told or pointed to pill treats.still NEVER found.poor girl at checkout counter I swear was the only employee! She was busy, ringing customers up. I WON'T be back.

Customer service as it should be. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and well organized layout of products made finding things easy.

Awful. Dead fish everywhere, and the few animals that were still alive looked near death anyway. Don't give them your money, go to a breeder or adopt.

They are selling fish that have been in tanks with sick or dead fish and not just died more like days one tank was 90% dead. I got a algae eater and a butterfly koi that have both died the butterfly koi the day after and the algae eater 5 days later. Both fish had seemed pretty healthy. The lack of care for the fish that they are selling to people is disgusting. Getting one star because the girl that was running the register was so nice other than that if I could they would be getting zero stars
