Great deals if your a member, got a HUGE cat tree we had been searching for one. And im so glad we found it. Our kitty LOVES it.

Lost my pets vaccination records and spoke to me twice before my pets appointment. Not once was I asked to bring his records in and the older woman in grooming and manager stated I had to reschedule. I wasted my Sunday morning not going to beach with friends due to this, not to mention my gas at $3.40 a gallon. They have groomed my dog since he was a puppy, but have no records after grooming him a dozen times and now my dog is sedated like they asked me to do before having his grooming done.

Always clean and organized staff and managers always helping out when they can. And their prices were less than walmart and better selections including organic and even science diet.

Petsmart is my go to place for cat food. They have a good choice of quality foods to select from.

Staff was super friendly but they are running low on certain foods. Had to make a visit to the competition together what I needed.

Im usually weary of chain pet stores however, petsmart has been more than caring and accommodating to my anxious pup. They gave him extra biscuits on his birthday:) and the grooming salon gave him a birthday bandana!

Grooming was great. Ashley R and the other staff were very good with our Abbie. Ashley did a wonderful job and very professional, and treated Abbie as her own.

An amazing store with aisles of fantastic stock that you can get lost in. A special shout out to Allura for helping us select the right dog food

Decent location, always feels a bit dark with their lighting but otherwise it was fine. Had what I needed and I was able to get out of there for cheaper than I thought.

One of the only stores in the area that had any canned cat food. Supply was still very limited but at least they had a small variety. My cat is very thankful!

These guys are awesome! Huge variety, excellent customer service (And this is coming from someone who's worked retail for 5+ years), and flexible people, and everyone seems to have an excellent concept of good omens.

They really do seem to care about you, and the longer you stay as a loyal customer, the better services they will provide you, so it has been more than a pleasure to shop with them.

I got my first bearded dragon from them, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Their supplies can be found on discount constantly if you search hard enough, and when things go wrong they will fix it and compensate when possible.

Couldn't be more grateful for these people. They work hard and it shows!

The associate name Stacey that grommed my puppy was rude, she had a nerve to ask about my puppy collar, like I don't know how to choose a collar for my own puppy smh! Then after that she had the nerve to say is my puppy being left in the crate in his urine cause his paws had some urine on them, excuse me he is a puppy. I guess she wanted me to bring a completely clean puppy in there to get bathed smh. To make her job easier!? Next time he definitely want be going to her for grooming services ‍️

Great service and n my dogs looked great. They won't let u pay until u go look at your dogs to see if the cut or cleaning was done right I highly recommend Vero Beach Pets Mart

I believe that they should keep ALL prescription food AND treats behind a counter where you need to ask for them. I had found some that I had been looking for and brought them to the register only to find I could not purchase them. Beyond aggravating! Perhaps some signs in the area saying "Prescription Card required for purchase" could have avoided this.

Well chew toy for Lilly, drop syringes to feed copipods in dog section and 3 inch bubbles, same aeration just not so bubbly.
