Usually I order my puppy accessories online, or anything for the pup, but the store is not so bad

They have great fish but service sucks, I went the other day to purchase some fish and stood there for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to come help me no one ever came, even after we went to the register and asked for somebody to be sent to serve Us in the fish department.

I took my small dog to be groomed this morning. We’ve been taking her to this location for about a year. I have been fairly pleased. Occasionally my dog would have a small section of hair that was missed in the trim or a small section that was shorter than everywhere else. No big deal. I was fine overlooking it. I am very particular about the service and price I select. There are times I upgrade but usually get the basic service. The basic service is $58. Today it was $83. On my app, it says $58. They insisted that I must have upgraded it. The manager said it wasn’t their mistake. He was snarky and unwilling to help. I am not wanting to post this review but I don’t want this to be something that happens to someone else. I will be contacting corporate.

Friendly staff, clean store, helped me with all my fish needs and answered all my questions.

First of all, I tried to call many PetSmart stores before (grooming department). We needed the last-minute bath for our two dogs (both are labradors), and all of them just said: "You need an appt" and turned me away. But this specific store their customer service really stepped in, the lady was not in a rush tone voice, she was polite, she really heard me on the phone. She said I could just bring the dogs, and they would take care. I totally get the "appointment rules" folks, but what caught my attention was her being all the way customer friendly and not treating me like another number you know. Anyways, I brought my two dogs there, paid for a regular bath, and one nail trimming (sorry, our money was short that day). Surprisingly, when I got there to pick them up, they trimmed the nails of my second dog, saying it was their treat for us. Oh my gosh, I got my day! I wasn't expecting that at all. If all these big corporations have this "human touch, " the world will be a better place. Thank you, ladies, for the grooming salon!

This PetSmart canceled my appointment before hand, due to my dog being 13 years old. My dog has always gone to PetSmart, & now it’s an issue due to her age. Impatient groomers, do not recommend!

I have taken my puppy Luna to training class here and Kelli has been an absolute super star. Luna is so excited for each class as Kelli brings amazing enthusiasm and knowledge on how to best get your dog to learn. She goes through many examples provides unique tips and tricks and always asks if there are any questions. Luna just graduated from the advanced class with her canine good citizen certification and we couldn’t have done it without Kelli’s training. I can not recommend her enough. Star employee and she works in grooming too so she can hook your dog up with some cool styles.

I stopped going there for one cashier who always gives me hard time matching the cats food prices with other venders
He refuses to match the price u less I show him the individual can price although although most genders market their prices by the case
I divide the price for him and show him the same flavour of the cans I am buying
I usually buy 24 can a whole case
But recently there is shortage in the cats wet food specially the chicken and Turkey
This guy, he short and has short cut hair, tries to make me wait and hold the line behind me to come up with all excuses not to match the price, one time it is not the same flavour, another time, he wants to see individual price, another time, we don’t match with this company.
I spent over $1500 monthly on cats and dog food and he argue with me over pennies.
I am sorry he works for Petsmart because I like Petsmart

Petsmart is pretty clean. The associates, for the most part, are willing to help you. As most stores nowadays are short staffed and you may have to wait a bit for someone to help you. Please don't be impatient it is not thier fault. Call the corporate office and complain to them about not having enough people on the floor to help a customer.

Needs new management and more coworkers. I do not see a point in "In-store pick up" if my purchase is not ready by the time I get there 5 hours after I placed the order. Every time I visit, there is always a lack of decent customer service.

The woman (I should have asked for her name, but didn't.) working this afternoon/evening was absolutely amazing! I showed her a picture of what was needed for my cats and she knew exactly where it was, literally 3 seconds and didn't judge me in any way. She remained super professional and also mentioned they price matched their website prices. She was super kind, friendly, and professional!

Took my dog to get groomed and Joshie did a fantastic job! Pup got home happy, looking great and I’ll definitely bring him back to her! Paco says thank you!

No customer service and been we walked in the employees were all in a huddle on their phones and only looked up at us with no greetings at all. It's all good tho. Prices on guinea pigs were outrageous and prices of products way too high

I absolutely love this location. All of the employees are always so kind, helpful and I can tell they truly love what they do. I have used Kelli for training for my puppy and I now have a very well behaved and trained dog now. I also go here for grooming with Rashell and she is perfection. I’ve even gotten compliments from an Olympic groomer on how great she is. Michelle at the register is always so helpful and sweet too. Overall a great petsmart location that I would highly recommend!

I went in for some fish and the gentleman that is in charge of that area is extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. The assistant manager is also a dream. She was courteous and helpful and was even helping at the register. Their fish selection was great and I was finally able to find some algae eaters I liked!

Had a really great experience with one of the groomers! Not saying her name because then she will get flooded with appointments and I’ll never get to have her for my pup. The one in Melbourne by the airport. The one in Viera is a definite NO. Been there. One of the groomers started DRAGGING my pup across the floor to groom her. I was in shock. Grabbed my baby up off the floor and said you will never groom her. The manager came in and disciplined her for dragging her. But I still said no because some young girl behind the counter had such a nasty attitude because she was angry that I was upset that my pup was being dragged! I said this place is not for me. However the Petsmart by the airport is great. I’ve had 3 different groomers, and they are all gentle, and sweet with my girl. The most recent one was fantastic and she said she loves my pup. I really liked her. Hopefully she will still be there for my GiGi’s next visit!

The employee Sam was unpleasant to deal with. She saw us by the fish and asked if we needed help. We said we wanted 6 neon tetras she scooped some out and I asked for two to be switched because I wanted smaller ones. She replied that they’ll get bigger anyways and that she doesn’t have time to be selective with which fish I want so I’ll get what she can get. She proceeded to do what I asked but looked annoyed the whole time and was aggressive when changing out the fish. The fish all died in less than 24 hours…. I’ve bought many fish and they never die… except the ones I buy from this location…

Don’t buy fish here I don’t think they are taking proper care of them. Go to the other pet smart nearby or the petco nearby. The fish I’ve bought from them haven’t died once and going 3 months strong.

Poor fishies.

Groomers are experienced, friendly, and LOVES those pets. My dog looks like a movie star when she gets groomed at PetSmart

The place is pleasant, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The place is clean. From what I saw they are fully stocked and organized.
I recommend this place for the window shoppers as well as the animal lovers.
