I found everything I needed and the treatment was super, they helped us find everything we needed

Ive been shopping here for years since I was able to purchase my own food. It is always clean and well organized. The staff is always attentive and doing their best to assist the customers as well as possible.
Julian was my cashier today, his genuine attitude and amazing work ethic made my day/shopping experience so much more pleasant. He deserves a raise!

Roxy is the best dog groomer we ever had. She is kind, very gentle and her grooming is amazing.

Excellent and friendly staff. I'm from out of state and they made my dog and I feel very comfortable.

In a matter of d4 sales for pet care is excellent, but the experience when they do events for the adoption of animals, eg puppies, is disappointing; they ask for a million requirements: and one only ends up wasting time and leaving disappointed, returning empty-handed ;and the puppy is left without a possible family to adopt it;these places should further facilitate the desire and probability of being able to adopt a puppy and even save a life;too many travas;too many requirements.in the end, with that they do not help empty pet shelters and take away the desire to want to adopt; they should change and be more flexible about it.

Very large and pleasant location. We came here for an adoption event to gain information about the process and came out of it with the most pleasant experience we've had thus far in terms of adoptions. The place of course has plenty of pets and pet accessories as well. Overall a good experience.

There is always a struggle with the service given. The staff is VERY ill-mannered, rude, and lazy. The grooming salon will call you to cancel your appointment MINUTES before the time it is scheduled for. (something that has happened to multiple people, multiple times).

THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING YOUR DOG TO THEIR GROOMING SERVICE!

The grooming employees of Palmetto Bay have a horrible way of treating clients. They are rude, ill-mannered, and disrespectful. Especially, Carmen. When trying to sort out possible solutions to a problem generated by them, they mock you and treat you as crazy. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.

. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE THEIR DOG TO THIS PESMART IN PAMETTO BAY…! Now I don't know if what I have in my house is a puppy or a sewer rat because of how ugly they cut their hair, so don't take your dogs to this place because when you return them you won't know them….

HORRIBLE. DO NOT DO IT.
They do not only hurt my dog, but also the service is horrible. Do yourself a favor, and find someplace else.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I wanted my dogs nails trimmed down and they did fantastic

GREAT place for food for pets. I have a leopard gecko and I get food from them all the time, and my pet loves it! Thanks for the great food service for pets.

Something happened to my dog.when he went to grooming. At your location. That resulted in him limping? Manager's YOU have look at them what happened to Cashmere when he was in your care what went wrong

I love the way my dog looks and the ladies that cut the hair are professional and loving to the animals.

I pass by often to check out the fish selection this store usually has the better selection and variety
