14I've been taking my doberman pup to PetSmart to get her nails dremeled for a little over a year, since she was 3 months old. We've had a great experience with all the girls who have serviced her and I would give them all five stars. They are really great (both with my girl and I their customer service). This review is set at a three-star because of the groomer Iris. If I was just reviewing her it would be a 1 star rating. Iris has done my pups nails twice now and it has been a disaster both times. The first time I let go but twice is a pattern for me. I don't know if she's afraid or just not good with dogs in general. My dog was screaming and wiggling which she has never done with anyone else there. Iris is spazy and rough which makes for a really horrible experience for the animal. I will continue to go to PetSmart but I will make sure that I request anyone but her. If you do go to PetSmart to get your dog's nails done, please request that Iris not do it. It is a traumatic experience.
The gentleman that helped me was very courteous & nice even helped me put my dog crate in the car
Got a quote of $57 for bath ears cleaned and nails said nails didn't need to be done still charged the $57 bucks
If I could give 0 stars I would. My dog had a grooming appointment with Kelly. The appointment was for 11: 30 but when I arrived I was told Kelly was running late. She arrived 15 minutes late due to an emergency with her own pet. My dog was nervous from waiting around but he is also very mellow. When I arrived back for him almost 4 hours later I was told he wouldn’t be welcome back because he was biting. When I asked why he was biting they said it was when they tried to use buzzers around his face. He is a golden doodle and every other groomer has only used scissors around his face. They buzzed him down to his skin even though I paid extra for the dematting. When I got him home and began looking at him he had 2 cut marks from the buzzer on his stomach/groin area. This groomer should be fired.
Made an appointment with Chelsea to have my Shih Tzu groomed. Oscar’s appointment was made 4 days ahead of time and confirmed prior to arriving. Upon arriving Chelsea cancelled appointment. Leaving me unable to get my dog groomed prior to going out of town. This is not the 1st time Pet Smart has made a last minute cancellation. Someone was unable to drop off dog while I was there because a different groomer was going on break. I will not be doing business with this big box company anymore. I can’t recommend Chelsea or Pet Smart. Poor customer service!
Erica was amazing she is a total asset to your store n company. I work as a bartender and she has excellent hospital service and cares for the guest. I'll be back for all my pet needs n hope to see her there.
Went to take my dog for an appointment, and the vet technicians are always attentive to my pet needs as well as the veterinarian.
They were shorthanded, but 2 people ran the store like professionals period we never felt like a bother period I wish I remembered their names. It was a Sunday afternoon around 6 PM.thank you.
I absolutely love this Petsmart. The employees are always so willing to help and very knowledgeable. The curbside pickup is very convenient with a family. Definitely recommend this location.
Over priced. Hard to find employees. Some employees just give attitude because you need help.
Fun store but make sure you pay close attention to the items u purchase don't be like me and pay for an extra collapsible bowl at $ 10.99 a piece. I didn't pay attention that it had another one clipped to it to where it looks like I was getting a good price for 2 for at the price of $ 10.99, NOPE IT WAS AN ERROR BOWLS WHERE accidently ziptied together. There wasn't enough time to catch another bus back to fix the problem.
My dog was happy cuz now she gets both with food in it.
The customer service this time was much better. I buy crickets but I had an interesting shopping trip. There was 3 workers upfront talking to each other. I asked for help with getting the crickets and they all 3 assured me that someone would be out to help. It took another 10 minutes waiting before I go back to the front and everyone was gone. I asked the cashier about getting help. She apologized for the other employees who didn't help me. She was great and I really appreciate her help. Other than that it's an alright place.
We Used the Banfield Veterinary services inside, they misdiagnosed our cat really said they don't know that blood in a cat's urine is not normal something is wrong.
