PetSmart, Daytona Beach FL

Unfortunately we had an appointment but did not realize the dog had to wait 48 hours after being inoculated. So we had to reschedule. The staff was great!

We always take our Izzy to PetSmart for her spa day - up north at Peru, IL.in summer and Daytona Beach in winter! Izzy absolutely loves her spa day and I like the fact that their computer system has all the important info no matter where we are!

Excellent customer services. Great selection and price point on products for my 11 kitties. Hours of operation are fair. Always well stocked products. Happy to shop here. Prices are competitive with Chewy.com.

I love petsmart. I love that I can take my pets if I want. They are just so expensive. Makes all my trips there less frequent.

We were there looking to get ready for a new family member and found the layout to be chaotic. I also found that they didn't have much of a selection of some of the things we specifically were looking for. It was disappointing for sure and the prices weren't much different than any other pet store I've been to. I'll be honest, the only reason they got 2 stars is the sweet cashier and the cleanliness of the store. This store is out of our way and I'll go back but not often.

I shop here for my cat Mochi. They have Royal Canin kitten food a lot of other places dont carry it. Unfortunately the people who work there arent very polite all the time and many times they have been just rude. I still shop here a lot bc of the vast selection of feline products.

Nice, big, clean store, went to look at dogs for adoption, but they had shut down adoptions earlier than advertised

I've never had any problems some times I wish they had a bigger cat supply option but they seem to be getting alot more in. Super friendly staff and very helpful. They do not have a cat groomer but we found a better option. There is a vet attached to this PetSmart location. We never been to it, but I think that's I pretty good idea. And we have adopted two cats from there that were from the local human society that they keep at PetSmart so people can see them more to get adopted faster.

Typical Big Box store employees nothing fancy if you want a good home feeling find you a small pet store

Very friendly and helpful employees. Besides getting my normal supplies they gave excellent help on finding an anti-lick product for my dog. They actually went and got it for me so fast I had not even left the cashier station to start shopping.

Nice store. A little overpriced on same items you can get at Wal-Mart or on Amazon. Friendly staff.

They were so helpful here plenty of staff to help you find what you are looking for the only thing they didn't have a big selection of kitten food and what they did have was high priced which is hard when your on a limited income

Friendly staff except for 1 person. A cat carrier wasn't secured and came down off the shelf on my forehead. She looked at me and said.ouch, looked like it hurt! WoW.

The place is huge when you first walk-in that's when you realize it's about the size of a warehouse they have a separate entrance for the vet but it's still connected to the building. They have a big selection of pet things. To me you could get lost in the store. The Price's are not bad depending on what your looking for. And it's spotless.

It's always a pleasure to go to PetSmart. The people who work there are always friendly, polite and care about pets.

Once you have settled the fact of brick and mortar you know that most of these chain stores are pretty much all the same. The only real thing that sets them apart from one and other are the people.

Local management has everything to do with that. I have been to this store on a number of occasions and it is evident right up front that the people running this store are happy and having fun. They are courteous, willing to help, and efficient.

It's a pleasure doing business here.

I shop here for prescription cat food which is not carried by most other pet shops. Some of their items are pricey however they always have a good selection of food and supplies for a variety of animals.

I am always happy with the grooming staff. Lauren is the girl that usually does my pups nails and she is friendly, efficient and helpful!

The store was clean. But the staff were not engaging. When we asked a question the associate seemed as if we were bothering her.
