Great customer service I was able to exchange an item without a receipt using my telephone number without any issues

We've use Petsmarts because they seem to be consist in the care given to our Dory. This location did a very nice job.

Go to for my guineapig needs. I wish there was one in Tampa again. I usually have to go to this one in New Tampa or the one in Brandon.

There was a funky smell that was kinda overwhelming. They don't have a great selection of pets available compared to other stores I've been to.

I went in for a grooming appointment, they did an awful job I paid 70 for the furminator package and nothing in the package was done besides the nail trim. She was still very damp, and she smelled after a day. I personally wouldn't go back

Love love love PET SMART.join their email and receive coupons all the time.they match prices also.just wish the shelters in the area utilized them more like they do in the Tampa area.more pets would get adopted

My friend adopted a dog from a shelter n we went to petsmart to get all the puppy supplies n the associate spent over 30 minutes helping her pick out all the items wonderful day for my friend n the puppy!

Super friendly staff and stock just about everything you might need. Fish department is a little grim sometimes. My daughter always wants to look at the fish, and I am frequently trying to divert her from the dead fish stick to the intake vents.

Can i give them no stars? The staff aren't very helpful. Refused to sell me a 31c gold fish because i wouldn't buy a filter form them. Having just a bowel isn't good enough. I'd recommend you STAY AWAY and go somewhere else if possible. Honestly Amazon has better, cheaper tanks.it was my son's birthday and they made me late.

Very friendly and helpful. I know there are less expensive places to go, but when you need help, they are there. Why spend a lot of time on the internet researching when you have a person who can quickly answer your question over the phone, or in person.

Great supplies but I have seen some mistreating of animals. When I went to go get my hamster there, the girl picking out my hamster continuously complained about how hard it is to catch the hamsters and then poked one that was so fearful that it was pretending to be dead, in which case you should leave it alone or else it could have a heart attack. Wish workers were a little more educated.

Very clean, amazing customer service. It’s an absolute treat to bring my dog into the grooming salon and I LOVE having Banfield pet hospital there. They can do a quick trim of your pets nails or a full comprehensive and they can get you in a day or two at most. Also it’s located in a wonderful shopping center.

Out of Every petsmart I’ve gone to for the last 3 years+ I’ve only every seen one person on staff that knows at least something about guinea pigs. I needed guinea pig food and instead of doing what most staff does (wants me to get bad expensive pellets) she actually told me about oxbow (which is what I get). If you work at a pet store than you should know at least a bit about all the animals you work with. Petsmart (And petco) are terrible about small animal care

Great place to get just about anything you'd ever need for all different types of pets, including vet care, shots, grooming etc.

I've had awesome expiernces with Morgan, AJ and Alex however today was very different.cashier assistant Rose was very unpleasant.between her mumbling under her breath, rolling her eyes, short talking me and her very uncomfortable attitude it was an awful experience. I stopped getting my dogs groomed here due to poor customer service and now I see that same attitude it now being passed on to the employees. I really hope management focuses on retaining some of the employees here.

Why is everything so expensive? Petwize, Amazon and Walmart have similar products for almost half the price.

Petsmart has loads of options, but everything is overpriced. Unless you need something very specific, you're probably better off going to a local pet store.

The staff is great tbere os an on-site groomer and veterinary office! Plus you can bring your pet just to shop. Please leash your animals so you can control them and keep them from being hurt!

Amazing staff, really helpful. Enrolled our pup in the intermediate training classes. Instructor (Wesley) is really knowledgeable and go an extra mile to guide you.

They have pretty much what you need except for employees because if you need help with anything good luck you're gonna have to walk around the store several times to find somebody that can help you they just simply don't staff enough people here however if you know what you need and where it's located then it's pretty convenient
