The young lady working there knew right where the spray for the hot spots were. Keep up the good work and keep intelligent people there at pet smart.

Old and over priced. They always have only one cashier so checkout is never quick. Go anywhere else for your pet supplies if you can.

I was very impressed with the "kitty" folks here! Everyone in the store was extremely helpful and they were especially gracious to my grand children. I'll go back!

They were very helpful. I needed help finding a kennel that would work for carrying a cat on an airplane and also needed help finding a product that I could buy to help with anxiety because the cat gets anxious and they were extremely helpful.

I use Banfield Veterinary Hospital at Petsmart. I have been for several years now and have my dog on their health plans. I am very happy with their services rendered.

I'm a dedicated PetSmart shopper. My cats will only eat their brand, Simply Nourish. Guess it's better than others because they refused to eat anything else. I recommend their brand.

Disappointed that there were no Kong Brand dog harnesses available. I don't usually shop at petsmart but I thought maybe they would have what I was looking for. They have had these harnesses before but my pups outgrew them and I was looking for larger sizes. Many did not have tags.they were just hanging on hooks. I expect more from a "prominent" chain and I was sadly disappointed.

If the off chance you find an employee they are nice.but expect to have to search for one. Well stocked though not well designed.seems like items are thrown in a general area without rhyme or reason. (i.e. Here is the fish department let's put a couple tanks here and the gravel give isles down)

Well as far as pet places this should be high on anybody's list. For mainly dogs and cats, it's well stocked/w foods accessories, and various other pet products. Prices are good. And there's even discounts & sales on pet items throughout the store. So go ahead and check the store out. Could & might be worth your time and effort!?

The employees of the store are excellent people to work with however the employees of Banfield are not worth a nickel

The last several times I have gone here the store has been dirty and the items I went to get are always mismarked

Had to take back some puppy food that my puppy would not eat. Exchange for another brand. PetSmart was very understanding and did not give me any problems. They were very nice. I have shopped for all of my pets food there. Very kind and understanding.

Nephew won a free goldfish at a Fourth of July party. PetSmart informed us that any fish tank under 20 gallons would be "in human" to keep a goldfish in. We opted on a $30 tank with lights and water filter. Hopefully the fish will make it through the year.

Pet store with a great selection of goods at a fairly reasonable price. They always have cats for adoption, and host adoption events for local rescues. Always fun to take a dog with and let them sniff and play.

This is the most disgusting pet store I have ever been in. Puddles of dried urine all through the store as well as mounds of pet hair gathered in every nook and cranny.

Rude fish department staff they do not acknowledge waiting customers. I had to literally chase down the fish department manager and she walked in the opposite direction twice as I tried to approach her. Walked over to the managers office and finally got help. I'd takemy business elsewhere instead of wasting 20 minutes searching for help.

Friendly staff and there's always a good deal somewhere. Recently completely filled my dogs toy box for 8$.
