PetSmart, Fort Myers FL

I take my dog Daisy to PetSmart Grooming. Pilar her groomer is the BEST as their other employees. They treat your pet like family. I highly recommend this business.

Aquarium plant selection is limited and they had dead plants on display. Fish selection was limited and their was a long dead fish floating covered in mold.

Customer service was excellent and Madison did a fantastic job with our boy Moses. It was his first grooming and at first I was hesitant to take him so for 9 months I did the best I could at home with much research and how to videos. I am glad I took the leap! It was worth every penny! Madison was professional, kind and took a moment to bond with Moses before taking him back for his grooming. She also provided tips AND was impressed with how clean Moses paws were upon arrival. Lol! She really paid attention! Service was all around exception. Next time, I’ll choose a hair cut not so short though. My baby looks so skinny.

We've been going to Petsmart for almost 7 years for their Grooming services. Very happy and satisfied! Our bather, Kasey, is fast and efficient! She's like a member of our family! Our Riley adores her!

Thanks for selling a "long finned black skirt tetra":) they were actually short finned! You guys basically took $10 extra from me. Thanks!: (

We have been bringing Furrah to Pet Smart for a number of years, for their grooming service. She is my Wife Dawns Pride and Joy. I Would say only the best for her FuFu Puppy and I have no doubt that is why she uses Pet Smart. Furrah our? Year old Pomeranian is always happiest after being pampered by the staff at Pet Smart. Who couldn't love that face? Don't tell my wife but I spoil her too!

The girl didnt want to work made us wait for ever for her to get off the phone to tell the custumer that she has to set up an appointment when she finally did decide to take care of me told me that she could not take care of my dog because she was too afraid to I ended up going to Petco down the street which was kind enough to take care of my baby with no problems

I wanted my receipt emailed to me but I was told it was too late. I needed to say something before the first item was entered. Other than that really great store

Never have Tidy Cat Breeze litter. Been there a few times and always out. Pads and boxes to go with it but no litter

Good enough. At least they had a cat rescue day happening. Pretty run of the mill. Ollies just next door sells pet stuff for a fraction of the price

Made an appointment for dog to get groomed at 7am this am 3/6/2019. My husband gets to store & it's closed & no staff can get in as Manager is a no show. They call & finally get someone to open up but won't be there for an hour! Really! So now all appt are backed up then told my dog will take 4hrs. Really?
Oh, best they can do is 40% off. Really?
Not ever using Petsmart again. Power of the pocket book!

No help to be found, ended up spending quite a bit on amazon for my new puppy.petsmart-your giving free sales to amazon, I wondered around for quite awhile trying to figure out what to get for my new dog without one person asking me for help

Staff is up to par but prices on Dog Food are much higher than Rural King for the same product. I only go here when necessary by convenience.

Wide variety, convenient location but disappointingly high priced 3 stars Bought discounted opened bag of cat food. 5 stars for PETS on site are rescues. Adopt don't buy from breeders. Grooming on site.

Our groomer was Sheila, she was very knowledgeable and handled are pet very well, and are little Jax was very satisfied in happy with his hair cut, From Sheila what an outstanding employee, took the the time to me us and time with little Jax and friends where made. Great job Sheila, we’ll see you soon.
