PetSmart Grooming, Orlando FL

Our puppy had such a positive experience going to his first grooming appointment here. It was a Friday in December, so it was packed full of dogs but he got in and out within less than 3 hours. He was very calm coming out and his cut turned out so well. Everyone there was so sweet and patient with him. We will definitely be bringing him back!

Been coming to Petsmart Grooming for both my pets for the past 10 yrs. When I can’t make an appt i call in and ask if they have availability and they make the appt if they had any available. Today I was told there was availability but i still had to do it online. I informed the lady 12/12/2020 @ 1045am I always call in and they add me if they can. Her reply “well you can’t” and hangs up on me.

I take my Blue to get his nails trimmed. Just make sure to have his rabies shots up to date and make a reservation for which ever treatment you want.

They take like 6 hours or more just to give my short hair dog a bath. Then when she comes back she is limping. They were rude on the phone to begin with and told me if I didn't want to book online download an app and create a profile I could wait twenty minutes on hold. Meh. Pass.

PetSmart Grooming was absolutely great! They trimmed up both of our dogs really well and were really good to our 14.5 year old Keeshond who has arthritis and hip dysplasia. We will be back again and again!

The grooming salon at this PetSmart has become very unreliable. We have been bringing our 1 year old dog here since he was a puppy. The first few times were great but the last 4 have gotten worse each time. Today we brought him in at 10: 30am. We finally called at 7pm to see if he was ready and they said they needed another hour. When we went to get him they had just begun to trim him. When confronted the groomer Natasha became defensive and blamed our dog for why it wasn’t done yet. We requested to pay for the dog and leave at that point with the dog half trimmed. We are now out the money for an over priced bath and still have to take him somewhere else for a cut. This place over books their grooming appointments and their groomers are extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Unfortunately this place is totally unprofessional. The Manager there Christyl is not only unprofessional, shes very rude and terrible in customer service. I will never go there again.

I don’t know what these people did to my dog but he was terrified and very sad for the remaining of the night after I took him there for a grooming service! Horrible service terrible attitude from the moment that we walked in I will definitely never go back there again or recommend it to anyone

Usually love petsmart so much over any other pet store but I bought a bag of pill pockets and I got home opened them of course because I needed them but they were all crumbled and I didnt drip the bag or smoosh them as I bought one bag worth and sat in my back seat alone with nothing else to squish them worst customer service they said they couldn't do anything about it sense they were opened but I wouldn't have know if I didnt open them its not a see through bag very disappointed and will be changing pet stores paid 10$ for a small bag of pill pockets for them to do nothing about them getting smooshed and crumbled before arriving at petsmart
