Jasmine was great! My pup was anxious for his grooming but she calmed him down and he came out great!:) and all the staff are so nice!

NEVER bring your animal here, I booked a full haircut and bath and groom. What I was told over the phone is that she would be getting haircut I expected them just to use scissors and maybe slight razoring but nothing to this magnitude!

I’ve been taking my dog here for some years now. I called Thursday or Friday to make a grooming appointment. I was told his rabies shot runs out on Tuesday. The appointment they made for me was Wednesday morning. I was able to get my dog in Tuesday to the vet for the updated shot. I took 2 hours off work for this hair appointment today. I showed up to find out they have to cancel my appointment because policy said they have to have the shot in the dogs system for 2 days before they can cut him. No one told me this on the phone or I would haven’t made the appointment yet. She said we have some new employees. I told her my vet said the rabies in the dogs system last 6 months after the the date he should have his updated shot. She like I know I’m sorry it’s just policy. So now I had to make a new appointment 6 days from now. This is ridiculous. She looked at the new vaccine date and entered it in the computer. Did need to scan it or anything as proof.
