Ir is very sad, this is abandoned by the corporate office! SOO SAD! It’s not the location it’s corporate lack of attention!
No even music in the restaurant! Employees do there best SO SAD

Horrible customer service, misinformation and incomplete food orders. There are a lot of options for food in 2021 forget going to this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The worst, ever. Placed an order at 7: 50pm, told me it was going to be ready in 25-30 min. 9: 20pm i call and they tell me that they dont find my order, which is Ironic considering a lot of these review say the same thing. Horrible customer service and an even worst manager. DONT RECOMMEND

Really great service, had a wonderful time the 3 or 4 times I have been there! The manager Michael really took great care of our party and made sure all the food was out on time the time I brought a large group! Tony & Joemi also helped me the 2 other times I was there and they are very friendly and helpful! Great staff and food all around and will definitely be going back!

Today i had the best experience that I’ve had in a really long time dining out. Our server tony really took care of us and was attentive the entire time. Our food came out fast and was perfect. I really enjoyed my time.

DISGUSTING! The Pad Thai was completely burnt and microwaved. It was so bad that I had to close the lid and throw it away because the smell was SO BAD. The other two thing I ordered were well under mediocrity. My partner and I couldn’t finish the other 2 articles. I would not be surprised if I’m gonna be sick all night and the worst part is that we spent over 50$…
Overall the food was so bad that I don’t know how they are still opened.

My family and I had a great time coming out to dinner. Laura was very friendly and helpful, the food was great, and management even came over to check in and make sure we were enjoying our night. I'll definitely be coming back!

First time I visited the place it was awesome. This second time awkward is the word describe the experience.

I had a great experience during my last visit. We didn't have to wait too long to be seated, and our drinks and food came out in a timely manner. The manager Michael came out of his way to make sure everything was going well. Brandon was my server and did an exceptional job of recommending food and drinks. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back.

WORST RESTAURANT IN MIAMI! Absolute garbage! Took 30 minutes to get our appetizer. 30 minutes for drinks and an hour for dinner. Restaurant wasn't even that busy. 8pm on Sunday night in November. I ordered 4 waters and the waitress brought us 1. I had to go to the host stand to ask about our cocktails after a half hour. They only have 5 sushi rolls and they're all spicy and came out looking like trash. My friend and I got the crispy honey shrimp and it was by far the worst looking AND tasting thing either us us have ever eaten. We didn't even finish half. The "crispy" noodles were stale as all get out and the shrimp was stringy and dry. I wish I had taken pictures bc it was the absolute worst experience I've ever had and in MIAMI I was completely disappointed. Don't waste your time or money here!
OH, and the bathrooms had no soap or toilet paper and I couldn't get the automatic sinks to turn on for the life of me.

1. Waiting time for the food was 40 minutes. Appetizers came with main course together.
2. Server never came back to pick up dishes or ask if everything is ok
3. Table was not served properly
4. Asked for the drink refill 2 times

This has been by far the worst service that i have ever had.
We ordered a picked up order via the app and when we went to pick it up to the restaurant, we asked the lady who was in charge if the order was correct - because a month ago when we also ordered a pick up order there was a missing item - to what she reply affirming the order was correct.

As soon as we got home of course the order was not correct: the dynamite shrimp didn’t have the dynamite sauce and the mongolian beef was missing.

We called the restaurant and spoke to the manager MICHAEL which sounded apologetic and offered a full refund for the total order plus a $25 gift card. He said he would send an email notifying of the refund.

Guess what? He did not send an email and he did not refunded me, neither sent me the gift card of course.

We have to call again on the next day and speak with the other manager that had no idea of this, explain it all over again and ask for the refund again.

I am sitting here on a Friday night for an hour and a half waiting on TAKEOUT! They messed up the order, took an hour to remake it and it's still not ready. I used to love this place but will never come here again after this awful service. So sad to see a place that was once so great turn this awful. It's a miracle if they get an order correct these days.

Good was great from appetizers to the dessert and the drink too BUT the service was soso the server was so busy forgot our waters my drink took forever and the just took long for all and not attentive at all:/. Cause you could tell she was so busy. She wasn’t rude just seemed busy overwhelmed but food was great

We had the pleasure of being served my Tony our server. His service was a amazing, accurate, timely and pleasant. He was professional and yet managed to make us feel at home, his kindness was well needed and exactly what is needed now a days. Speaking to him was a pleasure. Thank you Tony.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS RESTAURANT! I made the terrible mistake of giving them a second chance after waiting for my order for over 4 hours the first time. As I’m writing this I’ve been waiting for my order for over 3 hours, and I don’t know where my order is, they don’t know, my food is been sitting there for hours and all they say when I call is they don’t know. So unprofessional.

We were made to wait over 2 hours for takeout. We kept asking if our food was almost ready and they kept saying 5 more minutes. Come to realize they accidentally canceled our order and completely wasted our time. No apologies from them either.

My fiancé and i dined here on Friday. We had a great experience. We have a P.f. Chang’s back home in VA, but the wontons here were phenomenal. He also got the honey sesame chicken and a side of white rice. All fantastic. If we were staying an additional day, I’d definitely go back for lunch or dinner again. 10/10. Our server was super sweet even though something was wrong with his arm, he was super grateful we stacked our plates for him.
