P.F. Chang's reviews
31Really enjoyed our meals. I had Korean steak bulgogi which was amazing. My wife had California sushi roll with chicken lettuce wrap. We noticed they were understaffed and that resulted in a 30 minute wait time. This is the typical thing going on everywhere with people refusing to come back to work while they are getting free money from the government.
Kristen was PERFECTION. She helped me navigate the menu since I have a shellfish allergy. I would definitely come back and hope to be in her section!
In a nutshell. PF Chang's is a glorified Chinese restaurant. Service is good but food is nasty.
Place was packed. Decent wait time. Front desk was kind of short with us, nothing dramatic.
Food was good. I’ve rarely had issues here. This time was no different.
I felt they’d added tables to try and recoup lost income from covid. It felt packed sitting down as well.
Mood lighting is hit and miss depending on where you’re seated. Some spots are great, others can be overly bright.
Worth checking out. But probably some equal to or better options around town.
Very busy place. Sat at the bar and received great service. Everyone was very polite and personable.
I used to come here almost every three to four days with friends. However, I just found out that they use ALCOHOL in almost every dish they make! Please do not use alcohol. There are many branches in London and all over the world of P. F Chang’s that are not using alcohol in their dishes.
At dinner time make reservations or it's a lengthy wait. Food and service was better than average.
Food was excellent as always the service was terrible starting with the person who directed us to our table, very unfriendly and not welcoming at all, the waiter was more friendly but he was slow, didn't get my beer until after my food arrived.
I just want to staff the staff is fantastic, thank you Doug and Sam you made our night. The food, atmosphere and service were on point. Thank you for such a great night:
Uber eats take out all three meals ordered were spicy and by menu should not be. The sesame chicken wound up with a piece that tasted like lemon cleaner was poured on it. Place has been going down and cost goes up.
Ordered takeout from here which was supposed to be curbside to take out. The food was about 30 minutes late coming out so it was all cold. The sesame chicken was extremely dry. The dessert donuts were completely dry with no sugar on them so essentially just bread. I hadn't meant his restaurant in years and safe to say I was not missing out and will not be going back. If you want asian food go to hawkers or somewhere else.
We have been eating at PF Chang’s for so many years. This was our first time at this location, it was very clean and the staff was amazing. The 3 stars are for those 2 reasons alone. Over the years the quality of the food has been going down, and the prices stay the same. So we won’t be eating at the restaurants anymore. Honestly if you know what real Asian food taste like, save your money and eat somewhere else because the food is just not worth it.
Celebrated my son's 18th birthday here on August 11th. The wait was long but it seemed to be like that at the majority of the restaurants in the area at that time. We did have excellent service and the food was great.
Read the times union health card report from the state of Florida
Sounds like manger needs to go along with the equipment
No wonder the food has gone down hill
Went here for mid-afternoon lunch on a Friday, no wait at that point. Great decor & ambiance. The waitress was knowledgeable about the menu, great personality, kept the drinks refilled. The food was delish. I had the street noodles and added firm tofu to it. The kids had Lo mein with chicken and chicken fried rice from the kids menu. The plum wine was amazing, great on a hot day! Will definitely be back,
I absolutely loved our waiter she was very personable and quick service. My first time trying this restaurant and the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the pad thai and stole my boyfriends salmon. Suggest calling in a reservation is you don't want to wait to be seated.
The salmon miso glaze is amazing! Our waiter Tommy was super nice and accommodating to my friend who had dietary restrictions and he really played a large part in making our experience an amazing one. Definitely recommend going here. Food is well seasoned and service is amazing as well.
Love the family style entrees. Delicious pina coladas! Great food and awesome staff. Highly recommend!
This food is always on point. Their green beans and lettuce wraps are the best shareable appetizers and the portions, even for dinner are quite plentiful. The selection of cocktails are extensive.
For my first visit, it was a nice experience. The waitress was pleasant, attentive, and a great upseller. Kudos P. F.
