21I'll tell you this, Kevin and his staff treat you with nothing but respect. As an African American man born and raised here in Naples, retired football player both collegiate and professional, I'm now in the golf industry.they've ALWAYS made me feel welcomed. Kevin sets the standard of how a business should be run. Everytime I'm there, Dan Beveridge always greet me with a smile. They have a great team! Thank you for always being genuine! Means alot. If you need anything golf related.thats your spot! I promise I didn't get paid to wow this! Haha
My visit to the PGA SUPER STORE could not have been better.
Erik Bems and Dylan Maldonado, provided five star customer service. They went above and beyond to help me and I want to publicly give them a shout out. PGA is lucky to have two such wonderful employees.
Not busy, but long checkout line. Few customer service in tennis and apparel. Golf fitting was good.
The checkout people could use an attitude adjustment! I've had the unfortunate experience to have gone through checking out with A. J. Parks two times. Another time it was a younger man, but not any friendlier. A. J.should consider a new bed since both times he must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. Several of the salespeople were extremely nice and helpful, and the inventory is quite good.
This store has lots of product probably because their associates aren’t too friendly they make the customers wear masks but the employees walk around with them dangling off their face or none at. They seek out customers in the store that are socially distancing 6 feet that have their masks with them in case they come in contact and isolate them and harass them about not wearing a mask. I vote 0 to 5 On our way to golf galaxy
Excellent selection. Great pricing + sales & good, knowledgeable, courteous customer service. We've shopped here for golf apparel & accessories for years and have never been disappointed.
Wow I've never seen so much golf equipment a HUGE putting green. Too many driving ranges to count. If you haven't been there yet you have to go.
Wow. Amazing service tonight from Kevin and Brad (the manager). They both went out of their way to help with fixing my new club issues, and even stayed past closing to make sure I was happy. VERY impressed. Thank you!
Skip is simply the best at club regripping or any improvements you need on your existing clubs. Super knowledgeable and generous e with his time!
Dreadful experience at this Naples store. Took a tennis racket in for re-stringing and was promised that it would be ready the following afternoon. Travelled to the store the following day (Saturday 5th October) and not only had the racket not been re-strung but the staff were completely disinterested bordering on rude. A simple apology would have been helpful.
One of my few and passionate hobbies is playing golf. So I was excited to walk in and see my type of store in SWFL. Much to my surprise I felt unwelcome. Probably due to the fact I’m tattooed and pierced. Not a single employee would make eye contact with me or greeted me. When I had a question everyone disappeared. I’m highly disappointed in this place.
Unbelievably unpleasant woman running the golf section when we last visited. Constantly asked “What are you going to buy? ” and “Are you ready to make a purchase? ” after trying a couple of clubs for maybe two minutes. Rude and aggressive. Treated us like we were abusing the place (despite having previously bought several clubs from them!). Had to leave because she made the whole experience so miserable. Sadly won’t be coming back.
I received some great service from Dylan. I’m again relying on fedex and look forward to receiving my new Ping G400 max driver shortly. Dylan was instrumental in locating exactly the club I wanted, went through the process of me purchasing an electronic gift card and arranging for FedEx to ship to Canada. Thank you Dylan
Most unfriendly, uninterested and rude staff I’ve ever come across. The people on the check out desks need to find a new occupation as they clearly don’t want to be there. Not a smile any time I’ve been in. This store should be avoided at all costs.
Needed considerable help. Dillion spent all the time I needed assisting me. The level of service was extraordinary. Dillion was a Rock Star!
Would give it 6 stars if I could.literally golf heaven. If I got locked in the store overnight would be the greatest night of my life.at least eight hitting bays with simulators all the demo clubs could ever want. Gripping and club services all reasonably priced all from experts within 24 hours what can I say it's also my son's favorite store in the world!
PFA Superstore has a wide variety of golf apparel and equipment. Prices are competitive with other stores as well. They also have sale merchandise.
Went nice and early on a Sunday for the free fitting service there. Dan, who helped me through the whole process, was fantastic. Last time I went for a fitting was maybe 15yrs ago and he explained things perfectly, gave me his honest opinion, didn’t push any particular clubs or have a specific agenda other than helping me understand what the best fitting clubs would be.
I left there with more knowledge and understanding than when I went in. Couldn’t ask for more.
I bought a tennis racket on November 9,2018 based on the recommendations of the professional working there. He recommend the racket and the strings. The strings broke today - December 8,2018. They last just one month. I go back to the store and get lip from a different pro that strings can only last for 16 games - usually less. I speak to the manager who has no product knowledge or business sense. They will not replace or discount replacement. What a bad experience from a formally trusted store. Time to replace the pro and manage Chantel.
As follow up, the manager, Kevin Knapp stepped up to offer free restringing of the racket and apology.
After all the years of hearing how great it was we were very excited to finally visit our first PGA Superstore. We stopped in to the store while we were vacationing in SWFl, looking for some new clothes and shoes.
Very disappointed with the service and the overall sloppy merchandising in the entire store. Kind of feels like circa 1995. Huge select of clubs, bags and appearel, but not one associate greeted us or even asked if we needed assistance during the 45m we were in the store.
