Phantom Fireworks of St Augustine, St. Augustine FL

Everyone there was amazing & helpful. Today was buy one get one free. So we got a lot of fun fireworks for New Years Eve! Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I get it, where they ask for your ID to see if you're 21 before entering the premises but what I DON'T agree is where they're asking for your driver license to swipe it down trough their system so they can store your personal data.come on.so I can get bombarded with junk mail? Thanks but NO thanks.

Fireworks are fun but expensive. Everyone knows that. Just watch what they ring you up for. A buddy and I joined carts to save time and the receipt didn't match up to what we had when we got home.

What we normally spend our weekend doing! Getting fireworks! Love this place also the workers are very helpful!

Very poor management and customer service skills. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FEMALE MANAGER OF 3 YEARS IS RUDE AND SAYS SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS! BEWARE THEY DON'T EVEN CARE WHEN THE FIREWORKS ARE DUDS AND BLOW UP IN YOUR FACE!

Went on the 4th and there was a line so I expected the worst, but it went smoothly. Don't expect to dip in and dip out, unless you're going any other 364 days of the year. Seek out their coups, too.

There is a reason they don’t let you review their fireworks on their site. Two of the four included mortar tubes actually exploded, the other two almost did (de-threaded on the inside). I wouldn’t buy from them again. Lol. Almost injured one of my guests!

The manager that's been working there for "3 years" is very rude and inconsiderate. Will not be back.

I went 2 weeks before the fourth and the place was fully staffed. The staff was very helpful in choosing products with different features. They have the buy 1 get 1 for. 99c then and had some great deals. I highly recommend them!

Awesome store for all your firework needs! Premier membership IS valuable and you can usually cover it with one or two BOGO's on the 500g repeater s. Do what I do and start in Aug! Next fourth will be huge! And I usually have left overs to splurge on birthdays or other special occasions where some fireworks is a nice and pretty surprised.

This place legit has everything, like everything and they are not way to over priced as far as fireworks go so definetly spend ur fourth with them

Love to come to this place. Customer service is great at this location. I recommend this one better than the one on I-10.

Awesome variety. Helpful and nice staff. Decent prices when discounts are available. Parking is a pain when in season.

Great place to Buy Fireworks! Not only that, but I had 1 out of about 50 Fireworks that was a dud and did not ignite. Phantom Fireworks Refunded it without Any Hassle!
This will be the Only Place that I will buy Fireworks as long as I Live in Jacksonville, Florida!

Great selection. Look for coupons and check for discounts. You can usually buy fireworks at a discount.

So much better than the tent stands that sell fireworks. This store was great, only thing I had a problem with was that it was to crowded and barley could move.

Phantom is always my go to for the good stuff! Their fireworks blow those road site tents out of the water. Always a good show when you go to Phantom!
