Staff are friendly and competent. The office is run efficiently. The provider is thorough and has god bedside manner.

Very pleasant waiting room. Polite and responsive receptionist. Appointment met on time. Assistant Mackenzie very friendly and helpful. Dr. Valencia very professional and attentive. She is great.

Dr. Valencia at the westchase location is sick with post Covid symptoms and coughing all over the practice to the point she had to excuse herself from the room! She should not be practicing and exposing her patients for her staff. None of her staff wear masks! Three of her staff were coughing! I am immune compromised! It is shameful!
She also didn’t listen. Her and her assistant were rude. I had to repeat myself multiple times but that’s probably because she was sick!

But I can highly recommend Dr. SotoMayor in the Carrollwood location. She is polite, she listens, and she cares about her patients well-being.

All staff were very nice and helpful. Michelle Jordan had great bedside manner and was also very realistic about expectations, which is always appreciated

I had an abnormal growth on my ear and they were able to get me in right away. They froze off some precancerous growths and eased my mind. Great service, no wait time. Very punctual.

This was my first experience with having MOHS Surgery. Dr. Shareef and both of the nurses assisting him (Samone and Sarah) were very good. I feel very fortunate to have had their care and expertise. Dr. Shareef especially was so thorough and took lots of time going over everything with me.
I would have give this a “five star”, but the front desk needs some help at the Westchase Office. Both the check-in and the checkout were not very welcoming or friendly. At checkout I stood waiting for several minutes while nobody offered to help (the regular person was at lunch). It was only after I inquired about someone helping me that one informed me she’d be with me shortly. This was following my surgery so I was ready to complete my visit. Just disappointed that their services up front couldn’t be more customer friendly and helpful. I’ve been going to this office for several years and this usually is not the case, so it was disappointing on this visit.

Super nice office staff. Love Dr Valencia. However, it’s hard to get a call back and biopsy or surgery results are not provided for weeks. I have had to call them myself 3 weeks after the procedure.

I have been to other dermatologists in my opinion pH dermatology took care of my needs and were the best.

She really cares about my condition and checked my skin problem closely. Highly recommend.

Very professional office atmosphere. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I saw Michelle for the first time and she was great. Will definitely book with her again!

My third year visiting Dr. Valencia, she is always very caring and concerned. I feel she does a thorough job during my yearly skin exam. Her helper McKenzie was also very efficient, in fact, I found her support staff to be knowledgeable and efficient.

I was seen without an appreciable wait. Dr. Valencia is a wonderful physician, and I always leave knowing that I've had the best care. Her nurse was efficient, kind and personable.
