After days of nausea, I had the Pho Tom (Shrimp Noodle Soup) and strawberry smoothie delivered. I swear this soup brought me back to life; might I add this was my first time trying Pho. The ingredients were fresh, crisp, gorgeous, and tasty. The broth alone was delicious, but when added to the vegetables and shrimp, magic happened. The smoothie was natural and fresh as well. I feel better already!

I just ate the best Bahn Mi sandwich I've ever had in Florida. Most places the bread isn't fresh. The breasd was fresh, warm and toasted. The veggies were cool and crisp and the chicken was moist with tons of flavor and seasoning.

I also ordered the summer rolls (cold spring rolls). We got tofu and they were crunchy and came with two really good dipping sauces. The pho was excellent as well and both my girls and husband loved it. I would recommend this place if you are looking for the real deal Mom and Pop vietmanese spot. By far one of Boynton's hidden gems.

Skewers are delicious and unique. The pho is good with a clean tasting broth. You can get Bo ne here which you cannot easily find at other Vietnamese restaurants in the area.

BEST VIETNAMESE IN BOYNTON BEACH

Stopped here to try some of our favorite dishes and we were blown away at how delicious the food is here.

The owner Quynh is a genuine good person who takes great pride in his establishment and it shows in everything he does.

This cute little cozy family business will be around for a long time mainly because of the warm friendly service and authentic Vietnamese food they serve.

The Pho was perfect and the Banh Xeo was cooked to perfection nice and crispy with so much flavor and loaded with shrimp.

Once is not enough and we will be back for more.

Highly Recommend! ️

Stopped by while in Boynton and was amazed. The quality of the food, the freshness, the customer service, and ambiance were phenomenal. I will make this 40 minute trip where again. One of the best Pho that I’ve ever had.

My husband and i wanted to give this restaurant a try, we normally go to pho79. I personally regret it, the portion of the noodle was a joke, i was literally searching for the noodle among the onions and at the spot i asked for extra noodles. They only have one size so its not that i asked for a smaller one. Pho79 muuuch better with the portion and everything. Just was a disappointment and never will go back, they have to correct their portions or even give the client the option of options between different sizes.

Very authentic Viet food. It sits in the back of the plaza though by the Publix. Bun mam was good. So are there rolls. Very clean and modern restaurant with open kitchen. One if MOST Authentic vietnamese restaurant I'm South Eastern Florida. Vary rare for South Eastern Florida. Alot of rare items on the menu for South Eastern Florida and is very good at it. Must try to know the difference from vietnamese food compare to chinese or other asian country food. Banh beo and ban bot loc is good and fresh

Well, as I see some Americans saying this is very good Vietnamese, I have the very real feeling they have not had any real exposure to quality Vietnamese cuisine. Pho 16 in West Palm, or Pho 78 in Pembroke Pines. Or even the other Pho place on Gateway and Congress near the Kohl's department store, are on a much higher level. Both in price and quality.
I ordered at 6pm, at this time everything should be very fresh and at the top of the businesses day sales. I ordered what I order a lot which is a vermicelli dish rice noodles of course, with a few different types of pork and shrimp egg rolls things like that. I got a single skewer with two little tiny shrimp on it there were so overcooked that you could not even remove the skewer from them. Dried out like they sat all day. And all the meat in the dish was the same. For a side I had ordered spring rolls, Instead of shrimp spring rolls they put a shredded pork that's all dried out, with cheap rice paper. All of their ingredients were the cheapest possible for the dish and the dish was right on par with what the good places charge about $12.95 a dish. I am no slouch when it comes to Vietnamese dining, as I have dined all over the country at Vietnamese restaurants as well as in Vietnam itself. All of the meats in the dishes had sat under a warming light for hours before they were put into the dish drying them out the kind of thing you would see it in all you can eat buffet and would not even want to touch. At 6pm you would think they would have fresh ingredients in their dish.

So long story short, the Bun Thap Cam, and Goi Cuon, are by far the worst I have ever had.

If you want to taste the best Vietnam traditional food, this is the place for you. Pho is one of the most delicious dishes here.

Pho 31 is the best Vietnamese Pho restaurant n this entire area of PALM BEACH COUNTY! They may not have all the Vietnamese items you are looking for but what they do have and serve are certainly the best in this area! Steer clear of the others in the Boynton area as their pho broths are no where as delicious as the broth from Pho 31! I’m a Pho broth connoisseur and have tried them all and nothing compares to Pho 31! I can’t even make the broth as well as 31! And I’m an amazing chef! I place all my bets on 31!

Holy smokes. The broth here is super tasty! Briskett is tender and not gristly. Lots of fresh veggies and basil to garnish the pho. Seating is comfortable and roomy. A bit chilly inside so bring something warm. Nice patio, but smokers put a damper on that.

Love your veggie pho with veggie broth. Feels like home food. Other resturants gives you pho that does not tastes "home made". Will come always even though we live 50 minutes away. Thanks for preparing such a nice food with good ingredients.
