8My family and I came through the area while on vacation in 2019. We loved it and it made such as impression I just had to come back while here on work this week. Well worth the drive from TPA airport area. Pho and Bahn Mi’s are best I’ve had anywhere! Kim and Toyocee were a delight to chat with. Put this place on your to go to list when in town.
We ordered thru Grub Hub for dinner. This was our first time trying it. We used to buy from one of the competitors which is now out of business. I had 2 pork buns with a Banh MI sandwich and for dessert a sticky rice custard. The pork buns are very soft, lightly sweet and very delicious. A really nice appetizer. The sandwich is a little oily but really delicious. It's not real heavy since it's mostly vegetables with a little bit of meat. The sticky custard was lightly sweet and a really nice finish to the meal. None of it leaves you with a bad aftertaste and doesn't leave you feeling overly full. This will be our new go to for Vietnamese.
Pho'Edin is, essentially, a kitchen with a window along the Pinellas Trail which serves delicious, well-prepared Vietnamese cuisine. Dining is outside and you can watch the bikeriders go by on the Trail, unless they are stopping to eat. Staff are very friendly and your food comes out of the kitchen fairly quick. Pho'Edin is vegan friendly and eco-friendly.
Food was amazing. First time here. Had pork belly spring rolls, beef pho, and a bahn mi sandwich. Should definitely try it out.
Best Vietnamese food in the Tampa Bay area. Food comes out cooked to order, fresh and delicious!
Was told the beef pho is brisket. Was definitely not. Chuck roast I'm guessing. And it was a $15 bowl. Also never had so much cloves in pho, not my cup of tea. Had to ask for chopsticks. Wife's pho came out 15 minutes before mine. That's always fun to have one person feel awkward about eating.
I have tried to give this place several chances, but after experiencing cold/forgotten food on numerous occasions, as well as experiencing (today) children pulling posts from the pinellas trail and causing senseless obstacles for patrons, I can no longer support this establishment
