Want to waste your money and to be lied about your opportunities? Then this school is for you, where all instructors are former students who are there only to build their own flight time, that should already tell you enough.
Being milked and lied by this school and some people who work there at every level from bottom to top.
Told they will hire you after you done with training? Nope, waste more time and money and still wont happen.
Might have a chance depending on your nationality, if chiefs are from that country they'll hire you no matter what, you pretty much their buddy, and screw the rest.

Right phoenix?

What a great spot. We did a discovery flight with Kyle and it was so great. He was patient and such a great educator.

I am currently doing my training at PEA, and depsite the overall situation in Florida w/ Covid etc, I am very pleased with how the school is providing the training so far. The decision of coming over from Europe mid-Covid was mostly due to the explaining and reassurance from my admission officer Mohamed Tharwat about how they took precursions and so on, and he was not wrong. The scheduling and lessons have been on time, and flying in the Daytona area is amazing. Based on my time here so far, I am very happy with the school and am looking forward to finish my training here at PEA.

Great school very professional attitude, airplanes well maintained, excellent instructors, The number of student to instructor ratio is really good as a result quick training. The admission officers are really good especially Tim Schill he helped me a lot to deal with various issues.

I will be fair. Some of the instructors here are great people, nice and helpful. But some of the instructors here give this place a very bad name. A lot of nepotism within the flight training happens. The worst person working there is Mr. Muhammad Mudassar Javed. He is very unprofessional, unhelpful and gets angry like a little girl. So much attitude towards students needing help. This kind of attitude is what students find negative about this school. My personal opinion is that he doesn't deserve to have that position or job in this school. As long as he is still working there, I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone. I hope you guys take some action with this ridiculousness.

Was in touch with the admissions officer Mohammed by phone and email and had an appointment for a tour and information at 15: 00 the next day. Which was confirmed by email.
Arrived on time to a very unwelcoming unprofessional receptionist. She lied to me about the wifi password, then after 15 mins of waiting i asked her to contact the admissions officer then she said he already knows your here i cant call him again! After 15 more mins of waiting she asks me to give her my ID which was in my car! I didnt bother getting it from the car left my visitors card and left.
If im thinking of joining any school or business relating to aviation i would expect very strict respect to timing.

All in all wasnt worth the wait. Just wasted my time going there.

Great school. My awesome admission officer Amelie Colman helped me all the way with every thing that i was need even if its not related to the school and she is a big part of my adventure there. The ground schools are very good, the instructors are professional and the airplanes are in great condition!
highly recommended!

Outwardly a nice school. But it is not run well. I wasted my precious limited 4 week vacation since they accepted me promising to finish my PPL with my 69 hours logged with 2 hours solo. Ended up with yet another 12 hours (Only) in a month and did not progress at all towards my private certificate. Wasn't even allowed to solo there since the student pilot certificate was not issued in 4 weeks. The admin office had no concrete reason to cite.

The instructor Kasun Pieris was overloaded and had no interest in my learning or progress. I was mostly a passenger in his hour building mission.

Very few aircrafts and instructors for the number of students it has. Total lack of coordination and professionalism in administration department. I seemed to me to be lack of honesty about accepting a student flying in all the way from Dubai, with clearly stated 4 weeks to spare and then dumping with no prgress to show. If they cannot deliver, why not make it clear?

To make it a happy ending:
I took additional vacation and later enrolled in AFTC, Chino, California. Finished my PPL in 4 weeks with 2 days to spare for flying around. A small school but amazing bunch of guys who really cared about my mission.

Bottom line: PEA is one of the best aviation schools in the nation. Their instruction is high quality. Don't get me wrong. It is not an easy school. In order to have quality pilots, the standards of PEA are higher than I've seen so far in my aviation studies. Their staff is friendly and professional. Their instructors and chief instructors are the cream of the crop. They will work with the students to accommodate the individual needs.

I am commercial student pilot from NY. I am traveling to FL to finish my commercial certificate. PEA was able to accommodate a schedule that worked for me. The level of aviation analysis in their introduction and evaluations have made me think more about the why of decision making enabling me (a new pilot) to have a better Aeronautical Decision Making process when faced with new situations. Their patience and desire to teach helped me be more at ease in the aircraft and deal with a very busy airspace.

I really recommend this school.

I have tried to contact this school before, asking for prices and information about the enrollment process as an interntional student, I tried to contact again today, and I couldn´t because the system they use, doesn´t support inquires made by the same email. So this means to get info about the school you have to create another email account.
Such a serious staff and school.

RUN. They treat you all nice and try to lure you in with the feel-good "family" environment. Once they have your money, you're screwed. Their fleet of 172s looks like it sunk with the Titanic. With two fatal accidents since 2011 and a severely under-qualified chief flight instructor, this place is a disaster. Go to ATP or Embry Riddle if you have the money. They're colder, but at least they're genuine.

Hello. I would like to know the fee structure for the courses. I've been searching on the website for the costs but it shows no where. How are we suppose to decide which school to join if there is nothing mentiond about the costs. Please try to respond to this comment.thanks:)

I would like to know more about this Flight school. There is one thing many of the trainees don't mention. "Money". I think the amount of money you spend for training in this school.in general in USA. I can say that is much big.it's not easily affordable.
And when you finish training. You don't get paid.
