20WOW. What an amazing Property Management company. Both my partner (Taylor) and myself (Carlos) are seasoned Real Estate agents and are beyond pleased that we had the opportunity to have Phoenix as the Property Manager for my sellers HOA. They have been 100% responsive and completely saved our seller's deal by completely rushing an Estoppel request. Brittany and staff over there and the ABSOLUTE best! If we could give a 10 star review we would.
They don’t return calls, I have problems with my mortgage after they requested proof of flood insurance. It’s so difficult to get those documents every single year it’s the same thing; I was charged from the mortgage co when they bought insurance due to this. Very disappointed
This has to be the WORST management company I've ever had to work with. NO ONE responds to emails or voicemails. Trying to get any info from them is impossible.
No one returns my phone calls after leaving multiple voicemail messages. No one will actually speak to me over the phone if I have any issues in my development. All these people do is collect money and do not enforce any rules or regulations. A true joke of a property management company.
Communicating with Leidy Roca.has been amazing! She is attentive, responds quickly to concerns, and is always open to feedback. Communication with Phoenix Management struggled a bit prior to Leidy's arrival. I can tell she really takes pride in her job and cares.

I been with Phoenix Management for 5 yrs and dealing with different manager, since last year I have Ms. Stacy Sunanon is my manager. Stacy is a very professional and working hard for all my community. I can't thanks enough for the jobs she done. Thank you
These folks are the worst! The property where I live is falling apart and they do nothing. My tenants can't get anything done with these clowns. They just don't care. The property would do better to simply make their own repairs. USELESS!
They only want to receive the money on time, or charge you for everything.
I do not see any improvements in my condominium.
WARNING! Do not apply through these people. These people at Pheonix are thieves. I applied to a condo and they ran my credit and took my application fee without checking if the condo was capped. Now I can't live at the place I applied for. I have a credit inquiry on my credit report and I'm out of $200. Let alone the money the extra money I had to pay for storage. They, to this day, still haven't acknowledged the fact that they took my money and information without cause. I had no chance of getting into that condo, so why'd they let me apply? I will be taking legal action. Kamikka and the entire staff are very dismissive and inattentive. She never answers the phone or returns calls. These people only stay in business because some people just really need somewhere to live and take whatever service people give them, no matter how terrible. Literally the worst Management Company in Broward County. They should be ashamed of themselves.
You would think a business collecting money for other businesses would would return calls or at least answer the phone. This place is terrible
Todd is the best property manager I have come across. He is a bundle of knowledge that walks around. He can fix any problem by seeing it and figuring out how to fix it. Phoenix can only improve by having a sign outside their Nob Hill office.
I don't know who Todd and Maggie with 5 stars reviews are and they should be thankful to their families/ friends posting those 5star reviews.
I do deal with Rosanna and Kamika and those are the least helpful agents one could wish for. They never pick up the phone, screening calls, letting the calls go to the voicemail. Needless to say, they never return the calls.
I did try the emailing Rosanna. Guess what: no reply either. I kept emailing her and sent email copies to the Phoenix owners' email addresses. Rosanna finally relied (after 2 weeks of me emailing them) that she forwarded my email to the Condo Board of Directors. Again, guess what? It was a lie, she never did.
I never seen employees more neglectful towards their responsibilities. It is a shame that my monthly maintenance payments partially support those people's salary. They need to be fired.
WARNING! This company is rude and unprofessional. They lack in simple communication and fail in returning calls and providing services agreed upon.
This place is definitely a joke. I regret my mother purchasing a condominium with them. She submitted all her payments. Now a whole YEAR later after receiving every other payment she was sent to their supposed attorney for “nonpayment for two months” LAST YEAR! Then when proof was provided, we were told that it’s her responsibility that the payment is processed, and that we need to provide proof that the money order was cashed by them. But why is there an accounting department? I should’ve looked at the reviews first.
Worst management group EVER.construction has been going on since MAY it is now DECEMBER.monday - friday construction i understand BUT SATURDAY MORNING JACKHAMMERING? !

I deal with number of Property Managers and have had good experiences with most of them. Highly recommend Phoenix Management to others.
My dealings with Sondra has been terrible. Lack of response. No communication/call back or email. Lost paperwork, and no office accountability.

For 18 years, I have worked with Phoenix associates as a Board member, committee chair & owner. I have had nothing but the best experiences with all. They buy into our problems and assist with solutions. Not a rotten apple in the bunch.
The worst group to deal with. Never return phone calls in a timely fashion. I think they get paid extra if they’re rude.
