They are patient and understanding, taking the time to explain technical concepts in an easily understandable to those of us who may not be as tech-savvy.

This gentleman, Mathew, is the real deal. Diagnosed the problem with my iPhone 11 immediately and fixed it while I waited, imparting me with his extensive knowledge of all things tech along the way. Total experience was 5 star plus.

So I have a Pixel6 which screen broke when I was getting out of my car and dropped it. My friend recommended CogBro and when I talked to this guy he told me he was able to help. Sent the phone to him and not too long after I got my phone back looking brand new. It was very affordable too which I appreciate. It's hard to get a good service at a good price. Also the service was really nice. They didn't treat me stupid for my low knowledge on tech stuff.

I LOVE my PlayStations and was extremely sad when my PS4 wouldn’t connect with my controllers any more.thankfully CogBro Tech was able to help me out (and fix a few more issues they saw inside)! Recently my phone died. Fully charged, never dropped, not hot/cold. Blank screen! I brought it to Matthew. At first I was concerned that his office is in the corner of a smoke shop, and he doesn't accept credit cards. However, after two hours of troubleshooting my broken phone, and using parts from another phone I had, he was able to discern that the screen was broken, successfully replaced the screen, and saved all my data. He's meticulous, enthusiastic, and cares about doing a good job. Several customers came and went during my wait, and all of them were happy with the service and work. Recommended! 5 stars!
