When I came across Phone Hero I was sort of skeptical about the location and it’s services being overly priced. Called around, and turned out it was the best priced place in Tally. Went in to have my XR fixed and Austin’s helpfulness and concern was so sincere I ended up getting both my phones repaired as well as some great deals on accessories. Would definitely recommend to anyone in Tallahassee! Especially if you’re looking to get quality & quantity for reasonable prices:) -A

If you need a new phone go to Phone Hero they are fast, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I had several questions and the staff took the time to explained everything to me and made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase! I will not go anywhere else!

They were absolutely fantastic! I went in when my phone kept turning off unexpectedly, and we were able to find a solution ASAP. They laid out all of the options for me and were honest about how much everything would cost. Austin and his team are awesome! The name says it all. These guys really are phone HEROES. The owner helped me out last night with a last minute request for a new phone charger right before they closed. He was very friendly and professional. Not all heroes wear capes.

An absolutely amazing place with wonderful customer service! The guy was extremely knowledgeable and very sweet. The prices were very fair, i haven’t seen anything cheaper before.
