Excellent young men to work with. They are very knowledgeable and most helpful in picking out an upgraded cell phone. I am pleased with my iPhone 13 Pro. I will return for my next one. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. I had been told that speaker on my iPhone 8 Plus was going out by a cell phone rep. I took it to phone ResQ who opened it up and did diagnostics. Everything appear ok but found a lot of heat inside. Cleaned it from dog hair and only charged me $5. I thought doing diagnostics would be at least a min charge of an hour labor. Was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this place for cell phones, laptops. And he let us park in his lot while we walked down to Fernandina Beach Farmers market.

I was DESPERATE. My elderly Mom is in the hospital and doesn’t text. My brand new Motorola phone had a defective microphone, so no callers can hear me. So no communication with my Mom. Phone ResQ was open for business and saved the day for me. I walked out with a decent refurbished iPhone 11, for not much money. They will service anything I buy here. So much better than doing anything by mailing. I will be doing any phones, tablets etc.here from now on… thank you!

My son dropped his iPhone last night. The screen went gray and was unresponsive. I called Phone Resq in the morning and they got me in right away. In 15 minutes, the screen was repaired and working well. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly and even delayed his lunch to fix my phone on the spot so I wouldn’t have to drive back. Last year, they retrieved all of my phone’s data when I dropped it into the ocean and it wouldn’t work. I can’t say enough great things about this place!

Took my iPhone 11 to get the screen repaired. Impeccably fast and great customer service! Dropped my phone off at 10: 30am and it was done by 12: 15pm. The gentleman that helped me was really friendly and knowledgeable. I will be bringing my iPad there for a screen repair as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing service and speed. Took my iPhone XS which has a small crack in the screen and they fixed and replaced it within 45min and helped me get more for my trade in through ATT. Will recommend them to anyone.
