Highly recommend after pregnancy and childbirth to help rebuild muscles and improve strength and balance. I think every women can benefit from PT! Everyone has been really friendly and professional. Dr. Hoffer is very knowledgeable and great to work with. It‘s been a great experience so far!

My elderly Mom had triple bypass surgery earlier this year and was in much need of physical therapy. Her Cardiologist recommended PhysicalOne. I am so happy my Mom is in the care of PhysicalOne. "Absolutely Amazing Staff. " Very personable, polite and knowledgeable in their field. Dr. Collette Amit is super amazing, has patience and determine to help her patients reach their goal. The staff is amazing. I had the pleasure of working with the Office Manager Betty and Coordinators Daniella and Andrea who were absolutely amazing. I would recommend PhysicalOne to all my family, friends and everyone who needs physical therapy. They are the BEST! I promise you won't be disappointed.

This is my second time seeking PT treatment at PhysicalOne. I was very satisfied the first time around, and I was very satisfied this time with the overall atmosphere at PhysicalOne. The service was exceptional and the staff are very good at what they do. Everyone was friendly, pleasant, and patient. The facility is very organized and have great support staff from beginning to the end of my treatment. The staff is well informed and go the extra miles to make sure was very comfortable at every stage of treatment. I would recommend them to my family and friends unreservedly.

The staff is very caring and attentive. Additionally, everyone is very friendly and they treat you like family. Not to mention they are also very knowledgeable and know exactly what is needed for each of their patients to make the progress needed to be successful on their path to wellness.

They are the worse staff. All they do is rush you to book another appointment. They pretend to be so caring but they are just rushing you to book the next appointment. Go somewhere real. They are the worse place you can go. It’s so small everything is so congested the energy right away give away their intention.

They ask you to exercise, they know all the exercises, but of course, I don't. They need to take the time to explain the exercises. Also, they have a trainer, training 3-4 people at the same time. Don't get the one on one I would expect. After they treat you on the table, they leave you there for up to 10-15 minutes, unattended. They tell you who you will be working with when you come in, but then, you never see that person? The therapy is great, just a few hiccups need to be ironed out.

I highly recommend Dr Cara Hoffer. I have had pelvic physical therapy before many times, out of state, and this was the first time I’ve encountered a physical therapist who takes a holistic approach to healing so that my pelvic, back and other body orthopedic issues are addressed at the same time. Dr Cara Hoffer is an exceptional person, kind, professional, bright and just simply amazing. What a privilege to get to know an amazing person and professional! Thank you Dr. Cara and staff. The drive from Miami is so worth it! If you are a woman or man with any kind of pelvic/hip issues, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Dr. Cara.

The team at PhysicalOne was awesome from the start! They work with you at your level, and teach you so many things that you can use and take with you lifelong. I have enjoyed everyone I’ve worked with and truly appreciate the care I receive at each and every appointment. I am going to PT for shoulder issues and at my first appointment checking back with my doctor, she was very impressed with my progress. Great work, to the whole team at PhysicalOne!

The team at PhysicalOne are truly the best physical therapist I've been to of all physical therapy in South Florida since I've been living in South Florida. They don't just work on the area that needs physical therapy they work on all areas of your body. Mentally and physically each and everytime that you go. And you're given an at home program to follow also on paper and online of all what you need to do at home. Successfully rehabbed two knee replacements three months apart with the help and knowledge of this excellent staff. All the praise goes to Dr. Yessica for setting my goals and pushing me to meet them. She is truly a very knowledgeable professional. If you have any rehab needs or just need a comfortable place to workout and be healthy, I highly recommend Physical One.

Knowledge staff. They are helping me get more mobility in my back. 2 sessions in, and I can already feel the difference in mobility.

I injured my shoulder badly learning to play pickleball to the point where I could not move my arm and had done damage to my right rotator cuff/shoulder. I saw an orthopedic doctor and he told me I had a shoulder impingement and bursitis and was getting a frozen shoulder. In order to get better I would need to see a physical therapist. My husband is a patient of this practice and I personally know the PT/Owner, Dr. Amit. I was in pain and she took me in and her and her amazing team helped me so much. Their office is well-trained, caring, clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and know their stuff. From start to finish everything was done top notch and I cannot say enough good things about them. After only my first visit, it was amazing how much better my shoulder felt. I had much less pain, better range of motion, and strength. Today was my second visit and I am well on my way to recovery. I love how they teach you things that can be easily done at home and explain the reasons behind everything they do. They care about your whole being and overall health and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Coming to this therapy center was the best option I could take, first the cleaning protocols are very good, then the therapists work personally with you and make your therapy very serious and fun at the same time. They make you achieve your goals, and they make your body work properly, the massages are magnificent, and the treatment with the doctors is something very personal and I am very satisfied with the work they do.when I first arrived I couldn't walk, now I do squats and the muscles work perfectly thank you very much.

I had a very positive experience working with the team at Physical One and enjoyed the attention of all of the staff who are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I recommend to anyone who needs these services.

I love the place. The treat is (A plus) The staff work together as a team. At the end of my 2nd treatment there was a noticeable improvement in my my steps. The pain had almost disappeared. I will definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends.
