We love our doctor! We had a short wait time. It was easy to make an appointment. We have been going there for years and are happy there.

This is the best pediatrician I have ever been and I have 3 children. The office is very clean and beautiful. The staff are polite, supportive and efficient. There is no wait time so kids will not be fussy and you won’t be there all day. I like the system of the place you come in one way and check out another way, the whole place is amazing! Dr. Ramon Chiong is the best Physician, he is very understanding, patient, knowledgeable and most of all you can trust him to care for your kids well being. I can be a bit paranoid about health issues and Dr. Ramon Chiong was the perfect advisor and gave adequate information. Thank you again to all staff and thank you Dr. Ramon Chiong for helping me with my newborn!

Our family just moved to the area back in April. I have 2 young kids and just gave birth to a 3rd this past week. Was in search for a pediatrician and this is a great office! I absolutely love all the doctors here and trust my kids are in the right hands of care. Every one of my children has had their first visit here and can guarantee it won’t be their last. What a great find!

I have been with this place for 8 years. It used to be wonderful. However now not so much anymore problems with medication for my child is unacceptable from a mother's standpoint. I used to be a medical assistant it is not that hard to call it in and there's been a problem for the past six times. I'm officially looking for another place no longer willing to drive 30 miles to be disappointed over and over again. I gave it three stars because I love Ramon Chong and Sarah Monroe unfortunately it's more than just meeting with the doctor.

I have been coming here since my daughters birth. She’s now 6. There’s never been a time they couldn’t get me in. We love Dr. Chiong and Dr. K! Thank you all!

It was a pleasure to go to their office today taking my grandson. We were greeted with girls with reindeer antlers, red noses, bells in there head, they actually rang!
Everyone seems to be very pleasant, and they act as if…
They’re very caring… My grandson appreciates his visits. I think it made his day. As his guardian grandfather, it made my day.

While our in-person experiences with the doctors and staff have been positive, we have experienced issues with the office management and communication. It has been very frustrating that, although they are apparently owned by Pediatric Associates now, there is no communication between the two offices as far as records or appointments go. We also have experienced incredibly long wait times. Including the 15 minutes before the appointment time that they require you to be there for, it was nearly an hour that we waited for a vaccine only appointment. The issues we had at Pediatric Associates with over-scheduling and wait times seem to be bleeding over into this practice as well which is very disappointing.

Excellent doctors and nurse practitioners! I am always glad for my children to be seen by any of them.

Physicians for Children are the best! They’ve been our pediatricians for almost 12 years now and they’re like family. I always feel confident in what they prescribe knowing they wouldn’t prescribe anything if possible.

This place is awesome. The doctors are thorough and I trust them.my kids have been coming here for 11 years and counting.

Sarah Monroe is absolutely amazing! My girls love her! She is extremely thorough and always answers all my questions. The office is clean and the ladies in the office are always so helpful. The MAs are very sweet and always ask if I have any questions or concerns.

Fast and friendly, my preteen loved that Amy spoke directly to her. She also like being asked multiple questions, felt like the NP actually cared.

We left this practice 6 months ago due to the front office staff being so rude. I have always loved the doctors. After a very bad experience at another pediatricians office, we came back simply because we love Dr Koblegard. The front office and most of the staff has changed and they were truly wonderful!
