Physicians Regional Pine Ridge - Emergency Room, Naples FL

My 89 year old father came to er via ambulance presenting many Covid related symptoms, yet we were told he tested negative. He was sent home with a general diagnoses of “respiratory infection. ” Since then this “respiratory infection” has spread through our family like wildfire. We are all now Covid positive, including our 88 Tesmer’s old Mother. We've had positive experiences at Physicians Regional in the past, but you must do better in that ER.

All of the staff (registration, cashier, lab & cray were wonderful, They were friendly, helpful & made me feel comfortable.

What hospital pushes the patient out of the ER room in a wheelchair outside waiting for a ride leaves them my them self trowing up and the nurse just walked back inside leaving the patient by her self …. Had to Believe worst hospital I ever been in ……!

Very kind and professional staff, from the moment I entered the building till I left. The nurses were kind and caring. I would recommend this hospital to anyone needing care.

I cannot say enough about Physicians General on Pine Ridge in Naples. God Bless all health care workers and caregivers, but for me personally, I thank this institution and its staff for incredible service and impeccable care. Cindy G.

Very unhappy with my experience Physicians Regional’s Emergency Room (ER). I was diagnosed by my cardiologist with a suspected blood clot in my lower left leg. He arranged for me to have an emergency ultrasound at Physicians Regional’s Radiology Dept. The ultrasound found a DVT blood clot in my lower left leg. They contacted my cardiologist about their DVT finding. I was then instructed to immediately go to the ER which I did. I was admitted into an ER room. 2 Nurses immediately checked on my vitals & also drew 4 tubes of blood that were supposedly being sent to their lab to run tests. I still have never received the results from my drawn blood. The ER doctor never ordered me to receive an anticoagulant and told me that there was really nothing that he could do for me in the ER and that he called in a prescription for Eliquis to my pharmacy. My cardiologist couldn’t understand why I wasn’t immediately given an anticoagulant by the ER doctor. I am very concerned about my experience at the ER at Physicians Regional!

I had a bad fall, needed an exray on my hand. It took 8 hours for the Doc to tell me it was sprained!

Sent me home on 3 pain meds in my system after telling them I lived alone! Left all the EKG electrodes sticky pads on me, called my Percocet prescription to the WRONG Walgreens location after I showed them a screenshot of MY location. Did not have pain meds for 28 hrs for an ankle broken in 3 places! Took almost 46 hrs to fax the ER 26pg report to my primary care Dr! Total incompetency!

My experience at this ER was very disappointed and unfortunately the Dr didn't give me no antibiotics. I ended up in a Urgent Care two (2) days later.

I came in with severe coughing and shortness of breath. I am a cancer patient who is immune suppressed and all I got was into the ER waiting room back in ER. They triage me and only took a chest x-ray. They told me I had pneumonia and put me on antibiotics and prednisone dose pack and sent me home. I took the medication as prescribed and 2 days later on January 7th, I was so bad, shaking severely and very short of breath, I went to NCH Downtown where I was taken right back in and found to have double pneumonia and a blood infection. There I was on IV antibiotics for 7 days. Before I went back into the other hospital, I thought I was dying. I never shook so hard as I did that night. I was truly scared.

Outstanding health care hospital! The best in Southwest Florida. Along with the most professional, and knowledgeable staff! Love Physicians Regional Pine Ridge!

Just one problem. I told them to send my prescription to a certain pharmacy but they didn't hear me or something. And they sent it to a different pharmacy. And it took over a day to get my prescription. But other than that I love your hospital

Referred to ER by Physicians Regional Urgent Care since I needed an X-ray of my purple toe. PA on duty not only recommended an X-ray but also ultra sound of both arteries and veins on right leg. Results were explained and I was as referred to my a primary as well as a Vascular Surgeon. I was prescribed an antibiotic. The process took six hours about half of it waiting to have procedures interpreted. “A busy ER day” everyone said. Every person was pleasant, professional and kindly. It just took so long! And sad to say, I feel the ER is overdue for sprucing up, Eg fresh paint, clean floors, wall decor in the window less “holding tank” room.

Visit was quick and efficient. I was in and out in little over an hour. Friendly and caring staff.

The wait time for a room was long but understandable. The staff was efficient and friendly. Thank you.

Physician regional any chance that I don’t feel well the service has always been good and they see you right away you don’t have to wait long the only thing this time they didn’t have any beds and I was really feeling crummy so I had to sit in the chair and waited on the Physician on call, sat all the time until my prescriptions were ordered. Other than that everything is always good.
