The church was in need of a new piano after a renovation to the Sanctuary.
Piano distributors had supply stuck on a boat somewhere and didn't have stocked what we needed. The office put us on a wait list. They communicated weekly as to the status of shipment, etc. The piano arrived sooner than expected, delivery was a breeze and the price was better than we quoted from other competitors. We are happy to be customer of Piano Distributors and know whatever our needs, they will take care of it.

They made it possible to take my trade on a consignment instrument. Ordinarily, they don't really offer a trade for a consignment, so they were quite accomodating. The delivery team was top notch.

My husband has been playing a Clavinova over 15 years and I thought it time to upgrade him for Christmas! Spoke with Dennis, who spent quality time explaining the differences of the newer models and features and settled on a new 709. The warehouse even worked out delivery and set up Christmas Eve! The delivery men were polite and courteous. No selling pressure, or gimmicks, just excellent customer service and white glove delivery service!

I recently purchased a Clavinova 709 from Piano Distributors. Its salesmen, Bill & Dennis were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient in explaining the various available Clavinovas. No pressure! The Clavinova is an instrument that you have to sit down with for a bit and experiment with in order to have an understanding of the incredible worksmanship with which Yamaha built this piano. After buying a piano, Dennis teaches weekly free classes on the many ways to use this instrument. I bought a Yamaha U3 upright piano with the "silent playing" option a year ago, and consider it the best music purchase I've made in years. Piano Distributers' Sarasota Managers, Bill and Dennis are great people to work with and they listen closely to their customers' preferences. They are true musicians as well as very knowledgeable of the various keyboard instrument options. They easily become trusted friends after a good conversation.
I play both guitar and piano, and as a closet musician who used to have a R&R group while in HS and college, wanted a particular sound, had limited space and wanted to practice "silently" so as not to disturb others at night. The Yamaha U3 has a great sound, especially when you open the top, and being able bang on it for an hour before going to bed, without disturbing my wife or the neighborhood.is just great.
