Lovely class! The music selection was calming and groovy all at the same time. Loved how Antionette got everyone out of their comfort zone with the swings. The class itself was adventurous yet full on zen! Will definitely book another session.

I had a wonderful time learning something different I did not know my body can go in different positions and I had a good time with the ladies it was a wonderful night

Still feeling the zen effect the yoga aerial experience was a class I didn't think I needed but I did! The instructor Antionette is very calm, funny and personable and I really enjoyed the class. Thank you so much ill be back

My interactions with the staff have always been pleasant. Antoinette is such a joy to work with. Every session I had with her was insightful and left me with more tools to help manage my health.

Antionette's combination journal therapy and aerial yoga class is very relaxing and uplifting at the same time. I wish I could afford to have an aerial silk cocoon at home because it is EVERYTHING! Also, give her aqua yoga a try because it is equally invigorating and lends itself to a girlfriends self care day experience!

The Glamping Day was a great experience. Antionette was a great instructor and had everything was planned. The atmosphere was good, pleasant and comfortable. I definitely will be attending other events in the future.
