Pier Park Crossings reviews
9Beautiful piece of property to live on and I always feel safe here. The neighborhoods are very respectable to each other so I would recommend this property to anyone.
I visited multiple complexes before landing at Pier Park Crossings. I am so glad I saved the best for last! Selena, assistant manager, was absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. She was so helpful and answered every question I had, with knowledge. I was selling my house and trying the apartment living, she made the whole transition so smooth. Pier Park Crossings is beautiful, quiet, very clean, and the location in amazing! If you want the best experience of finding apartment living give her a call!
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Property is only successful because of location, office staff are a complete joke. It is impossible to get someone to speak to you, emailed several times with no response, called and left voicemails again with no response. The few times I went in, there were at least 3-5 employees hiding in their offices. When I mentioned the lack of communication, they just brushed off my concerns with “Well were busy. ” I’m thinking ‘too busy to call a potential renter? ’ The worst of the worst is Ella. Sweet smile but SHADY!
Fairly new units but cheaply constructed. Cabinets, drawers, baseboards etc.must’ve been assembled by a kindergartner. Maintenance guys seem to be nice, but I don’t think they actually know how to service appliances, air filters etc. But they do a good job with the grounds, I’ll give them that. I could say more but I digress. A monthly $1600 (and rising) price tag for all of this? Feels very scammy…
We love Pier Park! So many shops and restaurants. And it's so nice.beach cozy. So fun!
I had the pleasure of living at Pier Park Crossings Apartment for the past 3 years, due to job relocation, I will be sadly moving. It has been a wonderful place to live! Great location to beach, shops, and walking trails. I loved the layout of my apartment which was cozy and included a lot of natural sunlight. The storage space was great and much needed. I appreciated that the unit included a washer/ dryer. I was very pleased at how insulated the apartment was and had no complaints about noise from other tenants. Most of all, the staff in the office (Jennifer and Carol-office Manager) were always very friendly and helpful! Fortunately, I never had any major maintenance issues but anytime I needed something minor, maintenance always responded in an appropriate timely manor. The gym was a always kept clean with great use of equipment. I will miss the beautiful sunrises & sunsets that I witnessed on a daily sitting out on my nicely screened in balcony!
Pier Park Crossings is a great place to live with an awesome view of the beach sunsets. An occasional concert that comes through town can even be enjoyed in your very own backyard!
The office staff and maintenance are very helpful and attentive. The neighbors are friendly!
The apartment units are clean and well maintained and include washer and dryer.
Thank you for a great experience!
I absolutely loved living there and only moved due to a family issue. You can not ask for a better location. Jennifer and office staff are the most helpful and professional folks I have worked with in a long time. You would love it there.
3.5 / 5:
Pros:
• Rent is good for the area
• Location is great (pier park and plenty of restaurants very close)
• Concerts done in Frank Brown park you can literally hear from your apartment (this may be a con to some)
• Newer apartments without many maintenance needs
• Friendly staff
Cons:
• Maintenance isn’t very proactive (want an air filter change? Put in a ticket otherwise it won’t happen. Pest control has sprayed 2-3 times I think in the near year I’ve stayed here, so another ticket or just buy your own and spray monthly like it should be done)
• Gate is constantly down. It’s every 2-3 months. You have to come in rather than them helping you over the phone to fix it and it sometimes takes weeks until it’s fixed, which you will have to drive to each gate to test yourself
• Thin walls? Those concerts mentioned in the pros - If your building is close to Frank Brown park you will hear the music inside your apartment, even with noise-cancelling headphones. You’ll probably also hear your neighbors somewhat regularly
• Parking is sometimes an issue
