As a woman who knew zippo entering this large commercial farm supply store, I was IMPRESSED. I was greated with a professional greeting and a smile, and treated w total respect, even though I didn' t have a clue.
I never was made to feel stupid or intimidated. They had what I wanted and even loaded in my truck for me! THANKS GUYS!

They did not even know what tge part was i was after let alone have one and no one even really tried to figure it out. It was an irrigation part. They are an irrugation supply store.
