If you're 5 minutes late because of an accident on the highway be prepared to wait 45 minutes for your booked appointment. And when you try to call multiple times to let them know you're going to be a few minutes late they won't even answer the phone. The girl at the front told me I had to wait because I was late. Thats fine.but after 35 minutes waiting she told me it would be easily until 45 minutes after that I could be seen, reminding me I was late. She said everyone else whos on time will be seen ahead of you. Um, thats not how it works. U don't make someone who's 5 minutes late with a baby to wait 45 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable!

Great place to take your young children for haircuts. They do have a way the kids. Mary is awesome w my grandson.

I took my daughter to the doctor Phillips location and got a princess package. Her stylist chantel was very nice and made the experience a great birthday present for my daughter! I am glad I decided to give it a second try!

Took my 5 year old daughter to pigtails and crewcuts for her first haircut and ear piercing (her choice) today. The staff was so friendly and wonderful to work with. They made her feel at ease and explained what was going to happen. Very clean and kid friendly facility. Thanks for making it a great experience for her! Totally recommend them 100%!

We were so excited for our 2 girls to experience the princess package- hair wash, trim, style and nails painted. Unfortunately, our stylists made it seem annoying to request a different hair style, even charged extra to have curls. Luckily, our girls are still happy and there is another location not fair in clermont as we won’t be back to this one.

They were amazing. My son has sensory issues and is non verbal. They were fast and kind, they also gave him toys to distract him from the clippers. I recommend this place to everyone. Him getting a hair cut is now not a nightmare.

I had a fantastic experience with Marta! She listen to all of my requests & was calm and patient through the whole process. This was our first good haircut! (I have a 2 year old son, and we have tried 3 other times at different places to get his hair cut & have had awful experience & even worse hair cuts). I am happy to say we will definitely be coming back to Pigtails & Crewcuts

My son loves this place, playroom for the kids during your wait. Not to mention super cool barber chairs.

Took my daughter here for her first haircut, not as wow as I imagined, the hairstylist just scared her more, not a good experience for my baby girl.

Amazing! I absolutely loved this salon. It was our first time visiting a salon for my daughters first haircut and she was so happy and Ms. Lisa was so loving and amazing towards my daughter. Amazing staff, amazing service! The pricing is also reasonable and just great! I’m so pleased with my visit.

ARE UNRESPONSIBLE, AS IT IS POSSIBLE TO TELL ONE WHO WAIT FOR AN HOUR AND GO 2 HOURS AND WHAT THEY ALLEGED THAT BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. DIGANLE THE TRUTH ONCE AND DO NOT COME OUT LIES THAT AFTER THIS COMES AND 4 CHILDREN PASS.

My kiddo loves getting his haircut. The stylists are communicative and work quickly. First of all I know that when I go there I can relax and let Kiddo play.

Our son is on the autism spectrum. Pigtails and Crewcuts was recommended to us by a relative. We had always taken our son to Family barbers in regular barbershops and it was always a horrible experience. Lisa was very patient with our son. Although he screamed and cried pretty much the whole time, she never lost composure and did her best to make him comfortable. He ended up with a cute haircut despite the fact that he tried to get off the chair many times. We so appreciate the care and understanding with which we were treated and will definitely return.) Lisa was amazing.

Great facility. I always bring my kids here. They are attentive and take good care of the kids.
The only thing is I think by the end of the hair cut I feel trapped to buy a toy because off course my kids get mesmerized by all the stuff they have on the shelves. He had a couple tantrums when it comes to the end.
So know we made it tradition, if they behave during hair cut they might choose something, if we feel like they deserve.
