I called and told them I wasn't happy with the results. They told me to wait 2 weeks I went on my trip looking like Jack Nicholson. I expressed how important it was for me to look better for my birthday. I ended up buying sun glasses to cover most of my face. Worst waste of money. Only reason I'll go back is to fix there mess
